I purchased a Boat product on 25th june Partypal 600 and it stopped working on 14th August.I raised a ticket on 16th and started following up i have not received a single call from Boat till date .Its a product worth 20000 .My humble request please dont buy this product at all.

This is good product but warranty claims product is very very bad don't buy this product

Worst experience ever! I returned my original BOAT teal green headband with matching buds due to a battery issue. The “replacement” they sent was a different colour, missing items, no proper packing — and shockingly, a used product showing “Mohan Kumar Rockerz” on Bluetooth. Shameful service! Either they don’t check products or they’re sending second-hand items as new. Never trusting them again.

I purchased an ear pod, but everyone I spoke to reported excessive background noise and difficulty hearing me clearly. I replaced the unit, thinking it was a defect, but the issue persisted — which suggests it’s a design flaw. I requested to return the product and buy a better noise-cancelling option, but the return was denied. On top of that, the representative I spoke to was extremely rude. I was basically told I have to live with a poor-quality product due to their flawed design. What’s worse is that I wasn’t informed of the no-return policy at the time of purchase. This feels deceptive and unfair. Very disappointing experience overall.

Very disappointed with BoAt's replacement service. I had sent my BoAt Rockerz ANC 255 (original price ₹1799–₹1899) for replacement. After a few days, I got a call saying the product is out of stock, and I also received a message that if the item is unavailable, I would be given an upgraded model. But instead of an upgrade, they offered me the BoAt Rockerz ANC 280, which isn't even listed on their official website anymore. According to online sources, it costs around ₹1499 – that’s a downgrade, not an upgrade. When I requested a better model like the Nirvana 525, they said I’ll have to pay extra. So why is it okay for them to offer a cheaper replacement, but not refund the full amount I paid? They’re only willing to refund ₹1200–₹1300, which is unfair and unacceptable. This kind of service puts customers at a loss. I understand business policies, but customer trust should matter too. Please think twice before trusting BoAt with replacements.
