I ordered over $350 worth of merchandise on November 28th and received my products within 2 weeks. Upon inspection of my order I realized I didn't receive the leash & lock combo I ordered. I immediately emailed the company and received no reply, nor did they reply to the 3 following emails I sent regarding this issue. The phone number goes directly to voicemail and a full mailbox, so no ability to leave a message. The chat feature on the site is never answered either. I am currently disputing the charges through PayPal and my next step will be a class action law suit followed by a civil suit against the owner personally. This company has zero customer service and are ran by either incompetent morons or theives! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered boots and bindings for my son on November 28. I thought I was getting a great deal, even though I had to pay $10 in shipping, and that I had ordered in plenty of time to give them as a Christmas gift. The package arrived on Dec. 5. Inside were the bindings and a pair of boots that I did not order. They were the same brand, but a different color, and more problematically, the wrong size. For the next week I sent emails and made phone calls trying to contact the company about the mistake. Calling only either yielded a voicemail box that was full, or someone who told me that I would have to wait until someone emailed me. On Dec. 11, I finally got an email with a free return shipping label, but no other information, such as whether they were shipping the correct boots. I sent the boots back with their label. The boots arrived there on Dec. 18, but still no word on whether I would be receiving the correct boots. When I contacted them, they said they didn't have them. I had to send the tracking number so that they could find them. Amazingly, the same day I received an email stating that they were sending me a package (no info on what they are sending this time). But it is not scheduled to arrive until Dec. 29--4 days after Christmas and 1 month and 1 day after I ordered them!! Time will tell if they actually sent the correct boots this time and my son won't get to open them on Christmas morning!!

I purchased some -5 degree snow boots for my son. They shipped me a cheap pair of snow boots sold by Walmart that are not anywhere near a -5 degree boot. When I contacted them regarding the matter, their response was the boots I received were much better than the boots I ordered and I could keep them as a free upgrade. They are lying 1 of 2 ways, either the boots I purchased aren't what they advertise them as or they are lying about the Walmart boots being better. I explained to them I wanted to return them and get the boots I ordered. They have never responded to my multiple emails or phone calls. I reported them to the BBB and Boards for less never responded to the BBB's inquiries either. I am stuck with a cheap pair of boots thanks to their bait and switch practices! Never buy from these crooks!

I got my son a snowboard package with boots liners binders and a board. My son used his board once and both of his liners ripped at the seam. I emailed company 1 st time no response . 2nd time they wanted pictures of the liners. I sent it to them showing clearly it was a defective product. They told me to send them the liners and they would send it to the manufacture and have them glued or sewn and it would take a min of 30-60 days to get them back . The kicker is I need to pay the postage both ways. I have sent them 2 emails saying that was not exceptable. I would like liners sent to me and I will mail the defective ones back.. They have not responded back..

If you have both time and money to waste then, by all means, feel free to shop at Boards For Less. I ordered a combination set of snowboard boots WITH bindings for a Christmas gift. I received the boots but NO bindings. I tried to call but all you get is a recording telling you to send an email. I did that .. THREE TIMES. . . and have yet to receive any kind of response. Apparently, they are more than happy to take your money but if they don't follow through you're just out of luck. I strongly recommend you find a more customer oriented company with which to do business because, apparently, Boards for Less doesn't care about happy customers. They just want your money.

I sent my boots back in exchange for a size larger 2 MONTHS AGO! I've made several attempts to contact them about it, but when NO ONE answers the phone, and no one replies to your emails about how they've essentially STOLEN from you and they need to pay you back, I can honestly say this is by far the WORST SERVICE I've ever gotten from any company! I'm STILL WAITING for my boots, OR MONEY, to be returned to me, or SOMEONE'S gonna be payin out the @$$ in court!

Wanted to give them ZERO STARS but the site would not allow that. I ordered a board for my kid for Christmas and it has core defect on the bottom that makes it totally unusable! Not just some minor paint defect. Paid $150 for something that should have been tossed in the garbage."Brittany" emailed me back to get pictures of the defect, which I emailed, then nothing. Nada. They don't answer the phone and the mailbox is always full. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!! THEY ARE A TOTAL RIPOFF! All I wanted was to exchange this board for one that could actually be ridden. Their failure to respond is completely childish and unprofessional. (Given my experience, and that of so many others, I personally don't believe that any of the positive reviews about the company are from actual customers, but were put there by boardsforless staff to decieve potential buyers into thinking that boardsforless is a legitimate, professional business.)

If you have extra money to throw away and you enjoy the feeling you get when you open up a parcel only to find complete dissapointment , then this online store is for you! I was pretty stoked waiting for a board I ordered..It was mentioned on the site that the board may have a minor blemish...the board I recieved has paint accross the top of the deck. Someone has also written on it with indellable marker and it appears as though someone used a belt sander to put some finnishing touches on it....This is not the advertised new board with minor blemish...I have emailed my complaint, to boards for less but it does not seem to concern them......buyer beware!!!
