Absolutely horrible. First of all I received street boots for snowboarding boots that you could get at Kmart. They tell me that 100s are satisfied w this. They sent me rusted bindings and scratched boards. Nothing is usable and I have to pay myself to ship it all back. I am thankful I ordered early enough so I can order somewhere else. Never buy from here! Better quality is available for just as low of a price pretty much anywhere else.

Nov. of 2014 I purchased 2 sets of boards, boots and bindings for my teenage boys for Christmas. My younger son used his maybe 10 times and the boots are coming apart. I have emailed and called 2 times a month since March of 2015. You either get voice mail or someone who tells you they will have an Administrator contact me. Never happened. Emails go unanswered. The first one they sent a response that they needed pictures. That I already sent. At this point I believe they aren't ever going to handle this problem. I will say they are the friendliest people while I was giving them my money no so much when going the other way. I even made a better business bureau report against them that they won't respond to. After reading all these reviews there needs to some way to shut them down. I guess I am out of luck.

COMPLETE WASTE!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a snowboard and the binding inserts are not standard. I tried a local hardware store, a friend that has hardware from the past 25 years of snowboarding and finally a proshop at the closest ski resort to no avail. The proshop informed that the inserts were also crooked which comprises the integrity. This company advertises that the board is of high quality and that is simply not the case. I have tried to contact the seller many times and have not heard back. I ended up having to dispute the charge.

Nice as pie during the purchasing process. Now it seems the company has fallen off the face of the earth! Received the wrong colored board and two left bindings. Have sent numerous emails with no response. Have tried calling almost every day. No one answers and voice mailbox is full. There's got to be a way to report these thieves and somehow get our money back. Will join forces with anyone wanting to file suit.

I would not shop here again. I ordered 2 boots for my kids and one of boots was the wrong size. I wanted to exchange the size but never heard back from customer service. It's easier to sell them and get the correct size someplace else.

I have been trying for over a year to get a refund for an item that was returned in Dec 2013. The company claimed to have sent a credit to my account but a year's worth of review shows no such credit. The company has ignored multiple emails and even ignored a written letter sent through the mail. As others have found, the phone number is useless as it goes directly to voicemail. No response and no refund money. This company needs to learn the power of positive customer service.
