I joined Investor Academy right after buying a property and wanting to turn it into a retreat, but I had a ton of questions and didn’t want to go through the usual trial-and-error process. What really stood out was how quickly I could apply what I was learning. Right away, Nick and the community helped me think through numbers, design, and key decisions, which saved me a lot of time and mistakes. Nick, my coach, was very hands-on the entire time. There were definitely tough moments, and honestly I don’t think I would’ve pushed through without his support. Mike, the leader, and the members in the community were also super helpful anytime I had questions. Having that kind of support and quick feedback made a big difference. The biggest value for me was finding a shortcut, following proven strategies, and being around like-minded people on the same path. I’d definitely recommend this program to anyone serious about short-term rentals. You can either figure everything out yourself and learn the hard way, or learn from people who’ve already done it and move much faster.

This whole journey started after I followed Michael on Instagram. He shared their story…hopping jobs, making six-figure salaries, working for well-known companies, and still feeling completely exhausted. That hit home for me. I could relate so deeply to that feeling, and for the first time in a long time, this program gave me real hope for a future outside the corporate world. Joining BNB Investor Academy has been one of the best decisions we’ve ever made, and Arno has been a huge part of that. He has gone above and beyond as a coach, mentor, and supporter. He’s taken our calls, answered our texts, helped us through weekend “hey, how do we fix this?” moments, and has just been an all-around fun, uplifting, supportive guy throughout the process. He genuinely cares, and that makes such a difference. In just 4 months, we purchased 2 cabins, and in our first week of listing, we generated 20 reservations totaling 5 figures ($XX,XXX)!!! We truly had no clue we could accomplish something like this. We never even imagined owning a second home, let alone turning it into a business. The Academy is packed with value — classes, videos, live sessions, 1:1s, vendor partners, and an incredible community of people willing to share knowledge and help each other succeed. More than anything, we’ve built a network of advice, support, and friendships with people on the same path toward financial freedom and becoming their own boss. This is not a scheme. It’s a real program with real people, real support, and real results. It has awakened us to a future we’re excited about, and we believe in it enough that we’re joining the Boardroom next in hopes of scaling our business even more. The only constructive feedback I would offer is around payment terms. The Academy has been flexible with payment plans for us, and we’re grateful for that. Since many people joining are first-time investors without a large portfolio, I’d love to see payment options that better align with client success. For example, having a portion paid up front for the education, videos, and staffing required, with milestone-based payments tied to things like locking in a first property, getting it listed, or securing first bookings. I think that kind of structure would create even more alignment, give new investors a little more cash in their pocket up front to help generate early cash flow, and incentivize success on both sides. Overall, we are incredibly grateful for Arno, Michael, Logan and this entire community. This program helped us move from burnout and uncertainty to action, momentum, and real belief in what’s possible.

Working with Dante at BNB Investor Academy has been an incredible experience, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. I highly recommend this platform for anyone new to the short-term rental (STR) space. The advisors are incredibly knowledgeable, and Oliver Hayes in particular stood out. He was consistently available and played a key role in guiding me every step of the way. From analyzing markets and deals to making offers and setting up my STR, his insights and hands-on support made a huge difference. Within just one month of joining, I was able to make an offer on a property, and I successfully launched my STR within four months. A big part of that was having Oliver’s guidance throughout the process. The program provides clear systems for analyzing markets and deals, making offers, rehabbing properties, managing accounting, and setting up automation through a PMS, along with essential do’s and don’ts—making everything much more approachable for a new investor. I’ve learned an incredible amount in a short time and am very glad I made the decision to join. Along with Oliver’s support, the community is another major advantage—there are many experienced investors who are always willing to share feedback and help when needed.

The experience has been great. From early market analysis, closing on the right property, and design through operations the guidance the team has provided has been outstanding. We knew we wanted to get into the STR market, but didn’t know how and the BnB academy team gave us the confidence we needed to move forward.

Dante does a great job treating each situation differently, while striving to get to a solution that best fits what you need. We’ve had a lot of hiccups that were not his fault but ones that he took head on anyways to get me through the rough patches. Helped me keep my head on straight when I needed it!
