We would’ve been lost without Niko’s guidance. Purchasing a home for the first time, designing it, and ultimately launching our STR has been one of the hardest things we’ve ever done, but Niko was a source of calm and encouragement throughout the entire process. The true value of this program is in the 1:1 coaching. Your CSM is in the thick of it with you, keeping you sane and celebrating wins. We’re so grateful to have Niko and the whole BNB team on our side.

Our CSM, Fern, has been a fantastic resource as we’ve kicked off our STR journey. We joined the program in December and are already under contract for a property that we feel great about thanks to the knowledge and tools we’ve received from Fern and the academy as a whole. Having her guidance and support along the way has been incredibly reassuring. We can’t wait to launch our first property and continue to build our portfolio. Bring a part of the academy has given us the confidence and knowledge to be successful throughout this journey. We highly recommend the academy for anyone interested in having a STR!

BNB Investor Academy gave me the practical knowledge I needed to go from zero to execution. I learned how to identify strong markets, project earnings, evaluate competitive properties, navigate the home-buying process, furnish strategically, and list confidently on both Airbnb and VRBO. The clearest proof of the program’s value is that I successfully did all of this myself. One of the major strengths of the Academy is access to experienced investors. At any point, you can join live calls to discuss markets, pricing strategies, or challenges you’re facing and get real-time feedback. What truly made the experience stand out for me was my coach, Arno. He was consistently kind, attentive, and proactive — often reaching out on his own to check in and offer guidance. His support made the process feel manageable and genuinely positive. This program is best suited for people who feel reasonably comfortable taking the step to purchase a property, secure financing, or partner with someone who can. For those ready to take action, it delivers exactly what it promises.

We enrolled in BNB Investor Academy after an initial sales conversation in which we understood we were purchasing a personalized mentorship experience. From that conversation, we believed the value of the program would come from direct guidance and hands-on support that could realistically work alongside a full-time job. What we thought we were buying felt more like an Instacart experience; a streamlined service, with a personalized mentorship guiding us step by step in a practical way. Instead, what was experienced felt more like Costco, closer to being given access to a large warehouse of information and systems that required self-navigation and time availability during specific business hours. For us, that was overwhelming and definitely not what we were looking for when we enrolled. We expressed early on the format did not feel like a good fit for us. Rather than the core mismatch being addressed, we were passed on to another person. We did participate and engaged where we could, including logging into the online platform, because it was required as part of the process. However, the ongoing direction was to engage more deeply in group-based calls we were not available for and online materials, which was the very structure we had been clear did not work for us. The issue was never that we refused to engage. The issue was that the format we were being directed into did not match what we believed we had purchased. The cost of the program was $12,000. Based on the level of personalized mentorship we understood we were enrolling in, the experience we received did not feel aligned with that level of investment. This was a significant financial decision for us, and one we made consciously. Our engagement consisted of a limited number of calls, access to information-heavy resources, group calls held during hours that did not work with our schedule, and connections that never fully aligned. In one lender interaction, we were left with the impression that there was confusion about why we were reaching out at all, which reinforced our sense there was a disconnect between what was represented during enrollment and how support was actually delivered. For transparency, my husband initially attempted to raise our concerns by email, but we later realized the message had been sent to an incorrect address I had found. Once we became aware of that, I took responsibility for the mistake and followed up promptly through the correct channel. During that time, we paused feedback while we believed the matter was under review and responded promptly to requests, hoping for a fair resolution. We were initially offered a copy of the sales call recording for our records so we could understand where and how the program was presented. That later shifted to a requirement that we review it live on another call with a representative, which we declined, as we did not feel additional live calls would be a productive use of time once it was clear there was no path toward resolution. After extended back-and-forth via text, email, and a video call, we were ultimately informed there was no openness to a refund or partial resolution, despite our efforts to engage responsibly during a period of personal loss and family obligations. To be clear, we were not asking for a full refund. We expressed openness to a reasonable, partial resolution that accounted for the time and support that had been provided. That option was not entertained. This experience required a significant investment of both time and money, without meaningful progress toward our stated goal and without resolution after concerns were raised early. We are sharing this so prospective clients can ask very specific questions before enrolling and clearly understand what “mentorship” means in practice within this program, if mentioned. This share reflects our personal experience and perspective as paying clients and is shared for informational purposes only. Additional context for clarity: After enrollment, once it became clear the program structure and delivery were not aligned with what we understood we were purchasing, we made a conscious decision not to continue engaging deeply with the curriculum or group-based components. This was not a refusal to participate, but an intentional choice based on fit and interest once the format was fully understood. Characterization of our experience as a failure to engage overlooks this distinction. Disengagement was the result of realizing the program was absolutely not what we were seeking, in NO WAY a lack of willingness to participate. We believe this distinction is very important for prospective clients to understand when evaluating whether this program is an appropriate fit for their needs, learning style, etc.

We take all feedback seriously and want to provide clarity for prospective clients reviewing this experience. This client enrolled after an extensive two-hour enrollment interview in which program structure, expectations, and time commitments were explained in detail. During that call, client availability was discussed explicitly, and it was confirmed that one spouse would serve as the primary participant with weekday availability after work (client specifically mentioned on this call that her spouse gets off work around 1 or 2 pm most days). The program components—including 1:1 mentorship, daily group coaching with industry experts, and a structured curriculum with required implementation steps—were clearly outlined. Enrollment proceeded only after multiple confirmations of understanding and commitment. Regarding participation, our internal records show the following: The client logged into the coaching platform once, on the day of enrollment, and completed zero curriculum modules. Never logged in again after that. Over the enrollment period, the client had access to 250+ group coaching calls and 140+ daily office hour coaching sessions hosted by their assigned Client Success Manager and had unlimited access to book 1:1 time with their client success manager at their convenience. And lastly had unlimited support via text/call as needed. Zero group calls were attended. This was admitted by this client directly on a review call we did together after their time in the program came to an end. One scheduled 1:1 Zoom call and one additional phone conversation took place in total during their time of enrollment. We have zoom recording records to prove this. Unlimited access to schedule 1:1 time and direct outreach via text/call was provided, with consistent follow-ups from our team that were often unanswered or delayed. We have detailed communication records along with zoom recording records proving this. From an execution standpoint, no meaningful progress occurred: One local market was briefly discussed. No market research was completed using our tools. No buy box was created. No properties were analyzed. All of this was admitted by the client during our review call after the clients time in the program came to an end. These steps are required for us to actively coach clients through acquisition, and without engagement, mentorship cannot be applied, even if the client showed up for coaching. When concerns were eventually raised—approximately nine months after enrollment—the initial communication was sent to an unrelated company that the client found on google, mistaking it for BNB Investor Academy and she sent an email to the incorrect domain. Once the correct email was later used, our team responded within minutes and offered a live Zoom review of their full account activity and experience. We internally reviewed their initial sales call, pre-enrollment and found multiple discrepancies between what the client claimed vs what actually transpired. We then offered to review the call recording live with the client together. That review was declined. For privacy reasons, we do not distribute internal call recordings, but we remain willing to review them live. Refund requests are evaluated on a case by case basis. In this case, given the lack of engagement and the clear record of access and outreach, a refund or partial refund was not warranted. The client signed a master sales agreement which outlines our policies. For context, BNB Investor Academy has hundreds of verified five-star reviews, many of which specifically highlight the depth of hands-on mentorship and 1:1 support provided. Coaching—by definition—requires participation. We cannot execute on behalf of clients who choose not to engage. We encourage prospective clients to review the broader body of feedback and ask any questions needed before enrolling. We remain fully committed to delivering value to those who actively participate in the program.

There are a ton of resources when you join BNB Investor Academy. There’s probably more information and support I have yet to discover. For me, the most valuable part has been the relationship with my Client Success Manager, Marsh McClure. He helped me take the information I was learning and putting it into action. This was my first experience buying and setting up a short term rental. There was a lot of stress and fear walking into the unknown, but Marsh was with me every step of the way. Within two months of joining the Academy we had a contract on our first house. We closed and got our design back toward the end of November and then worked with blazing speed and efficiency to get our first bookings before the end of the year. I couldn’t have done it without the information and support of BNB Investor Academy and Marsh McClure. We are now about 1 month in after going live with over 20 bookings, a “guest favorite” status and multiple 5 star reviews. We are looking forward to a profitable 2026. Thank you for all of the support along the way.
