We just wrapped up our 6 months of the course. I was hesitant to sign up at first, as it was a large initial investment and how hard could it be to buy a house to rent, but I think we more than got our monies worth. Kyle patiently helped us get our first property up and running, even doing a launch call at 11pm his time on a Friday! The learning curve alone in doing some of the software setup would've taken hours. There's so much second guessing throughout the entire process and to have an experienced partner helping you along the way, giving you confidence in your decisions , helps to reinforce what you're doing. The daily calls were great just to listen in on even if I didn't have a specific question. It's also great because you're able to connect with other likeminded investors, and can carry on those relationships long after the course ends. Would do it again without a second thought.
