BNB Investor AcademyReviews of bnbinvestoracademy.com

I joined BNB Academy in August to help with my STR. The staff is very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. Dante, my CSM, is super helpful, always ready to help guide me and answer all my questions— even the tech stuff. The Academy offers training on so many topics related to STR including how to find a property, lending, design, pricing and so much more. If you’re thinking or are in the STR space, I highly suggest you take a look at BNB Academy.

I joined BNB Investor Academy because I wanted to get into the STR business and had little to no clue as to where to even start. This has been a very helpful experience in every aspect and we will be hopefully getting our first STR up and running in about a month. Both the staff and the community have been friendly & helpful, but want to give special kudos to our CSM Arno Stemmer for his guidance, coaching and cheerleading (you do need a good cheerleader when things appear to be getting out hand). I would definitely recommend the Academy if you want to get into STR’s and want to avoid a lengthy learning process and many common mistakes.

My husband and I cannot recommend the BNB Investor Academy enough. This time last year, the idea of owning a short term rental was a far off dream. Within four months of joining the program we are closing on our first investment property with plans to be launched in the next 6 weeks. The education is invaluable - everything you need to know so you feel prepared jumping into STR real estate investing. It would have taken us years to compile and find everything we have learned in the academy in the last four months. Not only that but I have learned something new in every single coaching call or office hours call. Not only is the education great, the community supportive but having a one-on-one Client Success Manager (CSM) may be one of the most valuable pieces. Our CSM Marsh has been with us every step of the way, through the doubts, fears, excitement and more he has provided invaluable guidance and support on this journey. We cannot recommend Marsh and the BNB Investor Academy enough!

It wasn’t an easy decision to make when I first joined the academy.... It is definitely not cheap but I feel all the knowledge I gained through the past 6 month was well worth it. I started absolutely from ground zero and now I feel confident in navigate in STR world. Obviously 6 month is not enough to master the business but Michael is offering extension or other opportunities to learn even more. One of the best parts of the program is the chance to build lifelong relationships and be part of a truly supportive community. You can genuinely talk to Michael, he’s approachable, responsive, and always willing to help, even with one-off or personal questions. My situation was a bit unique, I initially joined with the goal of diving into rental arbitrage, but as I learned more, I decided to go with buy-and-hold. Looking back, I wish I had made that decision earlier, as I spent some time exploring a path that ultimately wasn’t the right fit for me. Still, as they say, knowledge is never wasted because what you learn, no one can ever take away.... Because of this journey, I had the privilege of working with two amazing CSMs, Scott and Fern. I’m forever grateful for both of them! I truly had a great experience and would strongly recommend this program to anyone ready to dive into the STR business, no matter your background or where you’re starting from.

Joining BNB academy has been one of the best decisions we have made for the business my friend and I are looking to build. The program provides you with all the tools and videos on how to set up and scale a short term rental business—from learning how to analyze markets and homes, optimizing your listing and automating operations to maximize returns. The greatest benefits of the program is the support and mentorship. Our personal coach, Oliver Hayes, has been absolutely fantastic throughout the program. He’s knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping you succeed. He provided clear guidance, answered all of our questions, and gave actionable feedback that helped our confidence in a market and how to move forward. Highly recommend the academy and a special thank you to Oliver for his incredible support and mentorship! Looking forward to working on the next property together.

We joined BNB Academy with no experience in short-term rentals and had no idea where to start. Coming from customer service backgrounds, we wanted to create income through real investments — and this program gave us everything we needed to make that happen… and so much more! With the guidance and support of the BNB Academy team, we successfully launched two cabins within just 2.5 months of joining. The training, community, and resources have been incredibly valuable, and we’ve learned so much along the way. Our CSM, Arno, has been exceptional — always patient, responsive, and genuinely invested in our success. We’ve even referred others because of how impactful this program has been. BNB Academy has truly been life-changing and one of the best investments we’ve ever made.

Great experience with this company with numerous benefits – the online training, frequent sessions with domain experts, one-on-one mentorship, the online community that is engaged and supportive. Solid partner to have in your team when you're embarking on the STR journey.

BNB Investor Academy has been an absolute game-changer for us! From start to finish, the experience has been professional, supportive, and incredibly valuable. Huge shout-out to CSM Nicholas, who went above and beyond to answer all of our questions throughout the process of purchasing and setting up our very first Airbnb. Thanks to their guidance, we’re already seeing positive cash flow on our property, and the confidence we’ve gained has us excited to start another one in 2026. If you’re considering getting into short-term rentals, I highly recommend BNB Investor Academy—they truly set you up for success!
