I purchased a 6 week treatment through Groupon. I was able to upload the information as described but they are only giving me 4 weeks. I have tried to talk to Groupon and to the email O….s@…..mdcom. Bmimd is giving me the run around sending me to the referring Dr then to the only form of Contact for bmimd, the email. They will not refund the amount paid and still will not provide the service paid for. Now they are saying they do not give 6 weeks treatments yet I was able to Pay for one. You can’t get any help. Now after multiple messages they said they don’t do 6 week treatments. They said they can’t do refunds the order is complete, The medicine has not even been shipped. I complained and now they don’t do 6 week treatments. I have screenshots of all the messages from purchase to them sending me back and forth with no help. You can’t speak to anyone there are no phone numbers. Feels like a scam!

Be Careful…They don’t confirm their price..They were running a black friday special so i decided to jump on it …BUT they charged me full price which was over $200 more!!!! I emailed them ( within hours of the charge)and they replied that the order was already processed and they wouldn’t change it! I’m disappointed…I was warned of online companies but I assumed it was okay. so…be careful!!! update…..they did NoT adjust.

Underdosed peptides. Unauthorized charges, sketchy as can be.

MY NAME IS LARRY MEZA AND I RECENTLY MOVED BACK TO TENNESSEE WITH MY GIRLFRIEND.I ALSO RECENTLY PURCHASED A WEIGHT-LOSS PACKAGE ON GROUPON FROM BMI-WEIGHTLOSS AND I WAS DEFRAUDED. I ACCIDENTALLY PUT THE ADDRESS DOWN AS MEMPHIS, TN INSTEAD OF COLLIERVILLE TN WHICH USED TO BE A SUBURB OF MEMPHIS. MY FULL MISTAKE OF COURSE ANDTHE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED. I GAVE BMI THE CORRECT SUSBURB AND APOLOGIZED BUT NOW THEY REFUSE TO RESEND THE MERCHANDISE FOR NO REASON EXCEPT FOR MY MISTAKE AND NEITHER WILL THEY GIVE ME A FULL REFUND. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY. ANYONE READING THIS SHOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND I'M GOING TO HAVE MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY DO AN INVESTIGATION. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A COMPNY REFUSING TO RESEND A PACKAGE BECUASE OF AN HONEST ERROR. AGAIN, THE NAME OF THE COMPANY IS BMI-WEIGHTLOSS AND THEY ADVERTISE ON GROUPON ALL THE TIME. They advertise three month supply. This is false, they provide three total vials one per month with a total of 20 doses. The prescribers tell you to use 5-7 times a day but if you use it daily you will run out before the end of the month. After the false advertising complaints and multiple days of going back and forth with customer service I would not recommend this company. Robot replies no phone numbers, GL getting through to anyone. Check their BBB rating. Embarrassing.

In June 2025, I made a purchase from bmiMD.com, which presents itself as an online pharmacy and telemedicine provider. The website advertised a product called “Sermorelin Peptides” as a legitimate medical therapy requiring a doctor consultation. Before ordering, I was told that a Zoom consultation with a licensed physician would occur before any prescription was issued. However, that consultation never happened. Instead, I received a generic welcome email and a pre-recorded video of a supposed doctor introducing themselves and stating they would prescribe my medication through the site — without ever speaking to me or conducting a medical review. This is not legitimate telemedicine; it is deceptive and potentially unlawful. The product I received was mislabeled and not consistent with FDA-approved formulations, and later research confirmed that Sermorelin and similar peptide compounds are unapproved drugs under FDA regulations. When I requested a refund, bmiMD.com refused to cooperate, forcing me to dispute the charge through my bank and Affirm, the loan provider. I have since reported this issue to the Virginia Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Section and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Consumers should be warned that bmiMD.com is not a real pharmacy or telehealth provider, but a fraudulent operation selling unregulated and potentially unsafe products under the guise of medical legitimacy.

I feel that the product received was ineffectual. The company also set me up on a non-refundable subscription that wasn't in any way obvious (subscription notice was on bottom of invoice). No refund. Difficult to cancel subscription. Any post stating dissatisfaction on their social media accounts is immediatly erased, which proves to me they are being manipulative.

If you’re doing research, and you come across this review I DO NOT recommend bmiMD. Spend your money elsewhere.
