STAY AWAY. They refused to ship me the medications that I've already paid for. Their medications also simply did not work, and customer service is nothing but a scam.

I would love to rate the product, however my treatment was interrupted. It has been a month since they took money out of my account. They claimed it was an internal error, now I have heard nothing. I have left messages, I have emailed them, I have used there stupid portal. I simply want my money back so I I order from a company that is a legitimate.

Had a severe joint and pain issue using sermorilin. Sent messages never heard anything back . Canceled subscription and stopped using . It came pre mixed already. Don't know if it was do e correctly. Only used 1 bottle of the 3 because reaction was so severe I could even walk for a month.

Company used to be great. I could feel the appetite suppression. That was in 2024. Now the medication is garbage, does not work at all. Customer service is very poor as well. Haven’t shipped my my last dosage of my three month subscription. Contacted them 6 times only to be referred to the payment link. Avoid !!!

If negative stars were an option, I would use them. I have used multiple companies in this space and have never experienced anything like this. My card was charged without authorization while I still had an active order with refills remaining. When I contacted them, they refused to issue a refund. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, but the dispute was denied. Despite that, the company is still refusing to ship the product I was forced to pay for. They would not provide customer support phone number, only email, which makes resolving issues nearly impossible. This experience has cost me over $650, and I strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution.

They intentionally prescribe the minimum dose and lock you in for whatever length of subscription you select. If you choose 6 mo you will be stuck at a minimum dose for the entire 6 months. Of course they will offer to increase but will restart your subscription at a considerably higher cost and you don’t get any credit for what you have already paid on the remainder of whatever subscription you selected. So you basically pay for nothing since the dose is so low it does nothing. This is a total waste of money as you will get a dose that does nothing and you are locked in. period. This is not what a professional ethical nor medically supervised program would do. I’m not sure of any DR that would intentionally under dose patients. I thought this was legitimate and handled by professionals. Any medically supervised program would never under prescribe a medication and when notified refuse to increase to an effective level unless you paid more and forfeited what you already paid. There are many other places to purchase peptides. Stay away from bmiMD. Maybe someone should look in to who their medical professionals are and their practices. Additionally the needles are so cheaply made that at least 50% will bend in half and you will have to buy you own, I received 18 alcohol swabs for 30 injections so they short you on these as well.

A total scam. They took money, they promised a 4-7 day turnaround after approval and then weeks went by with no communication. Getting them to reply to email is difficult. When they did finally did reply, they gave vague information and couldn't tell me what was going on with my order. I ended up canceling the whole thing. Then, and worst of all, they kept the money and made me jump through many hoops to refund. I just charged it back with my CC, who handled them like a pro, as bmiMD is nowhere near as large or powerful as Amex.
