I am super upset with this company. I ordered my medication on November 12th and they simply haven't sent me anything, they don't communicate with me about what's going on. This company's support is simply TERRIBLE. It takes them a LONG time to respond to you, which ends up stressing you out. They told me that I could continue with the 7.5mg dose but I would have to pay an extra $399. I don't think it's fair that I have to start over with the 2.5mg dose. That's not what they promise in the advertisement and that made me upset because I thought I was paying that amount for the dose I should use. I'm still waiting to find out if they've sent me my medication or not, and they simply don't seem to care, while I need the medication. I hope I can resolve this soon, cancel my subscription and not buy from this website anymore!!!!

This company is so sketchy! In October they very explicitly offered me a FINAL order! So I thought that was it, but this week they processed a $528 fee to my credit card! I have repeatedly attempted to remove the charge as not only did I not approve it, but there was NO medical practitioner "On-boarding" nor "Refill" -- their formal processes for refilling the prescription. In other words, no review with the doctor! BUT my biggest complaint is their refusal to reverse the charges and to stop the order, period. They say that they've contacted me--which they finally did but not to stop the order. Instead, they offered me a $129 reduction. But I object to that, too, because I felt that IF I knew that bmiMD intended to proceed with another order despite having advised me that my October order was "FINAL," I would have applied my credit. Anyway, they managed to get me to pay this full amount another month due to their sketchy (unbeknownst to most of us--and I've seen others complain about it too) practice of requiring us to accept what are our credits days in advance of the billing! Stop being deceptive and treat people with dignity--just attribute their credits. So, I find the practice disrespectful of the patient and client. So I asked them to deduct my credit and I'd approve their proposal of $399 this month and in perpetuity. But they have failed to respond. Meanwhile, I see $528 pending on my credit card, so of course I'm upset! And finally, the reason I wasn't even monitoring bmiMD is that they advised me (and I have a copy of their email--which I've also sent to them, by the way) that October was my last and final order! Just be transparent and respectful! Update (11/15/2024) I've been in continued contact w/bmiMD and received a notice that they refunded a different amount to me. However, a $528.99 charge is still "processing" on my Discover account today. I sent bmiMD a request to stop that processing and notified them I am done. My nerves are shot from the shenanigans.

Advertise rewards program. September I did not realize you need to manually apply rewards and was charged full price. This month I applied the rewards but even when I applied rewards to my purchase I was charged full price. Upon emailing company Alexandra said rewards would apply to my next purchase. No offer to remediate the incorrect billing for this purchase or correct the problem. Not trustworthy. Dishonest practice.

bmiMD doesn't have a telephone number to contact their office with questions unlike other reputable clinics that offer such services, and they do not get back in touch with customers within the 2-3 business days promised on their website. I have personally had more than 1 issue regarding billing with bmiMD.

Started with A Groupon and did all the required on boarding. The doctor approved me and told me what would be shipped out. A week went by and I didn’t hear from anybody and nothing arrived. So I started reaching out to customer service with no response. Eventually, I was told that my credit card did a charge back and it was on my end. When I contacted my credit card company, they said they left the charge open for so long. It was refused. So I went to the whole process again only to wait another two weeks. They charge my credit card three more times in error and then said that they would not provide the medication because of the previous chargeback even though I told them it was their fault for not processing and now they charge me three times but they canceled my order. Still waiting on my refund this company seems like a scam. Why else would they not send the medication when they have, my credit card charged

terrible fraudulent company. Consistently send the wrong amount, wrong product, wrong everything. Claim it's the pharmacy's fault. No phone numbers to contact. Email only and a useless website portal. I place fraud claims with amex. Don't use.

I have been trying to get in contact with someone to cancel my order. The website glitched, removed my promo code and then I was charged $408.99. I was told that I would be refunded for my Groupon by a representative named Alexandria, however I cannot get a response to have my ordered cancelled and my funds refunded. I refuse to fill out the onboarding paperwork.

Wanted to use reactivate my account using the NEW 3 Month Semaglutide Supply Program Starting at $233/month Billed Quarterly. I put the order in but the 3 month supply program did not go through. I was charged the $409.00. I did not fill out the refill form. Within minutes I sent an email to cancel my order in order to apply the 3 month supply program, but the payment is still charged on my account. I have not received a reply back on my emails nor received a call back on messages left. At this point it is time to contact my credit card company and file a fraud alert.
