Companies often state they will enforce their products for however long, and when the time comes to get the replacement they are very hard to get ahold of, along with your much promised replacement. I received over an hour of personal support from Emily with regards to a ring that needs to be replaced, I received no issues with this request and along with the pictures I sent, no further questions were asked, and no shipping payment was requested like other companies often do. I often get compliments on my blushbar rings and will continue to promote their products to those who ask, and will be sure to let them know the honesty behind the company's policy and the great customer service they will receive if ever needed.

I used this company for the first time about 2 months ago. I didn't receive the package until a full month had passed because it came from China. During this time it could not be tracked. Once I finally received it, the ring was true to what was advertised but the stone fell out after a week. I tried to leave a review on the website but it was never posted. Very misleading and I would not buy from this company again.

I ordered 3 rings from the promotion they were having. 3 different styles and colors. I used their guides to measure my finger size and went with their guidelines even though I knew my ring size was bigger. The rings came in a short few days but did not fit and were not as I saw in the pictures. The rings were cheap looking and felt very cheap almost like costume jewelry. NOT worth the 100+ spent. They make you pay for the shipping to return them, which I did. That was sent on 11/10 and delivered on 11/13 (according to my tracking slip) and I still have not received a refund and they have not been able to "Find" my package. I recommend you do not buy from here.

I purchased the sterling simple dots fire opal ring and wear it all the time. It's small and delicate and great for stacking. I've asked for more rings for Christmas...love to wear them.

Absolutely love my rings! I got the Joyce, the Kathleen, and the Garen. Very beautiful, delicate, sparkly, well made. Just as pretty in person as online, if not more so! I've been really impressed with their customer service as well. I would definitely recommend them, and will buy again!
