Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. We are glad BlueStacks has been working well for you, and we appreciate you sharing the fullscreen tip for a smoother experience. We understand that switching between tabs or closing BlueStacks quickly can sometimes cause lag, especially depending on the PC configuration. Keeping your graphics drivers updated, enabling VT, and adjusting the CPU and RAM allocation in BlueStacks settings may help improve responsiveness. If the issue continues, our support team will be happy to help.

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. We understand the interest in Linux support and appreciate you taking the time to point it out. At this time, BlueStacks is available on Windows and macOS, and we understand that this limits access for users on Linux however it remains outside our scope.

Thanks for the feedback. We understand how frustrating it is when you want a specific older version and cannot find a clear answer. BlueStacks versions are not always available for downgrade because older builds may have compatibility, security, or support limitations.

Thanks for sharing this feedback. We understand the frustration if the interface felt too gaming focused for what you wanted to do. BlueStacks is built primarily as a gaming focused Android platform, so that direction does shape much of the interface and overall experience. At the same time, we understand that users who come for non gaming tasks may want a cleaner setup with fewer visible gaming elements. Please contact our support team through the Help Center and share which interface elements felt most intrusive, so the feedback can be passed to the right team.

Thank you for your feedback. BlueStacks is not owned by now.gg as a separate company buying another. The two operate under the same corporate entity. BlueStacks is part of now.gg, Inc. We understand how overwhelming ads can feel. Ads help us keep BlueStacks free and fund new features without slowing down your games. To disable them, go to the gear icon for Settings, then the Preferences tab, and toggle off "Allow BlueStacks to show Ads during gameplay," then click Disable and save changes. For a fully ad-free experience with extras like priority support, check out BlueStacks Prime which also offers monthly loyalty rewards, additional discounts, priority support, and much more.
