This can happen when an app needs a different Android instance or compatibility setting. Keeping your graphics drivers updated, enabling VT, and adjusting the CPU and RAM allocation in BlueStacks settings may help improve responsiveness.

Sorry this has been so frustrating, especially after spending a month going back and forth with the app support. You’re right that we provide the platform to run Android apps, but the ad rewards flow is controlled by the game and its ad network. To disable them, go to the gear icon for Settings, then the Preferences tab, and toggle off "Allow BlueStacks to show Ads during gameplay," then click Disable and save changes. Gracias por tu comentario. Tu pantalla azul de la muerte (BSOD) probablemente esté relacionada con que la virtualización no está habilitada. La virtualización siempre ha sido necesaria para que cualquier emulador de Android, como el nuestro, funcione sin problemas, ya que Windows la utiliza para crear el entorno Android en tu PC. Habilítala en la BIOS: reinicia el equipo, entra en la BIOS con F2/Del/ESC (según la marca de tu PC), busca VT-x/AMD-V/SVM en Avanzado/CPU, ponlo en Habilitado, guarda y sal. Comprueba en Administrador de tareas > Rendimiento > CPU si aparece "Virtualización: Habilitada".

Merci pour votre retour. Nous comprenons la frustration d'être toujours en train de se déconnecter, rendant impossible de jouer à KoA (Kingdoms of Amalur ?). Essayez ceci : dans BlueStacks, diactivez le mode Avion via Paramètres Android > Réseau, désactivez-le, ou forcez l'arrêt de l'app KoA via Paramètres > Apps > KoA > Arrêter, puis relancez. Vérifiez la virtualisation activée (Gestionnaire des tâches > Performance > Virtualisation : Activée) et allouez plus de RAM/CPU dans Paramètres > Performance.
