BlueStacksReviews of bluestacks.com

I had no issues with bluestacks 2. I was hesitant to install or update to bluestacks 3 for the simple fact that all new software have bugs. Yet they forced me to update. The second I open bluestacks 3 all my other processes slow down to a snails pace. My computer we start lagging uncontrollable and the bandwidth use skyrockets so then my router thinking I'm a ddos attack kicks me out occasionally. That already shot up red flags to me. Ok I thought maybe this is just the only issue it has massive bandwidth use. Nope I open up a game it freezes and needs to be shut down and reopened to use it at all. This game isn't even a triple a game. It's animation throwdown a single player game that just goes online to show rankings. Every 30 mins I need to close the game and reopen it to use it at all.

Was forced to update and since then the app is unusable. When it is working the lag is unbearable but most of the time it just cuts back to the blue stacks screen. Never had any issues before the update. Will now be uninstalling

Bluestacks 3, 1 star because I can't give it 0. Absolutely 0 response from customer service after 3 submitted reports of sluggish response, random add popups at the worst times if you are a gamer, and apps just closing to the bluestacks background and forcing you to restart the entire engine. Terrible product, terrible support, terrible communications. Bluestacks 2 was much better.

I had it installed for 23 hrs, then they wanted me to purchase a licence -you could not use it once that nag screen came on, and you could not close it. If it had done what I wanted, after evaluation I prolly would have paid. But today I uninstalled after getting unsatisfactory responses to my queries. I'm not an Android developer - I just wanted to run a few apps which I have on my phone, to be honest the apps it did run were not running well, and the engine was slow to start. Further I found they had far too much of my private data via google. No I wouldn't recommend to anyone

Without question one of the worst apps available, The app is published with no intention of supporting it unless you consider being told lies as support. The only reason I'm giving one star is because I can't give less.

Garbage ad ridden software that is slow and crashes and will auto install stuff randomly as well as requires you to make a bluestacks account. Everything about this emulator is fail. If you need to use an android emulator, anything is better than this coded pile of trash.

I have a problem getting through the "First time setup" because its buggy as hell.. so i contacted their support, and i got answers and solutions i could try out, the service was fine untill 2 days after i started getting their support.. then all of the sudden all contact from them stopped, and i havent heard a word since.. (almost 2 weeks) ive contacted them multiple times, and even asked if they forgot about my ticket and told them it still wasent resolved.. i still havent heard a word from them.. dont bother with bluestacks, if u get it to work.. then good for u.. but if u dont, and like me are having bugs/problems, then dont expect any serious support.. 1/5 stars because sadly i cant make it 0...
