Rubbish
Bluestack 3 takes lots of memory. Takes lot of time to load and fail several times before the application can be loaded. The upgrade is a total disaster.

I downloaded this believing I could use…
I downloaded this believing I could use it to play Geochallenge on my laptop, within minutes, there had been a sign in from a samsung galaxy8, not mine, changed my password and now google have locked me out of my account, way to go folks. So not impressed, Don't even go here.

Slow and unstable
Installed bluestacks 3 to play Clash of Clans(COC) on my laptop. It's slow and unstable. The game could crash at any time and I have to use windows task manager to manually end the task and delete the remaining processes before I can restart the engine. The worst case scenario was when I was playing clan war, the game quit and I ended up with 0 star and that could cost the war of our clan. This is unbearable. Is there any substitute android emulator I can use to play COC?

The worst program for Windows
I recently installed BlueStacks 3 on Parallels Windows 10 Professional but when I went to run the program it wouldn't start the engine. I had to uninstall it so I would recommend staying away from this.

Customer service is terrible.
Customer service is terrible. I tried downloading it and I kept getting the same error. So, I emailed Bluestacks support about it. It's been 2 weeks and they haven't responded. What kind of customer support is that? Also, they keep their support email HIDDEN to prevent "spam" or something. I had to go on a goose chase to find the email, and lookey here, they still haven't responded.
