They should warn people they need sufficient graphics card (think as in a gaming pc) to use this app otherwise their CPU will overheat FAST (which might ruin their laptop/pc). I realised this almost immediately and shut it down. Forgot about it for 2 months. Then my laptop started overheating badly again EVEN WITHOUT USING IT. I had it set up to not get active when starting up my laptop and to not run in the background or install updates without warning, so how could this happen? Not cool BlueStacks. Uninstalled and removed.

I'm trying to load CGCC (Cat Game Cat Collector) while I'm writing. I have this problem where this oone game takes forever to load, not to mention I had to close 2-3 times on my old computer, AND IT CRASHES CONSTANTLY. My computer is 2-3 years old. Ok, it's probably that reason that bluestacks is laggy here. But I got a BRAND NEW Windows 10 just YESTERDAY. And I have to close bluestacks entirely just to open google play store to not play them. This thing is a joke.

I installed this to run one particular Android app on Windows 10. The installation & login to Google was very difficult. It took multiple tries to finally get Bluestacks to install. The result was disappointing. The app I wanted to run has much lower resolution on Win10 with Bluestacks then it does on Android. Text is blurry compared to how it looks on an Android device. Another issue is the app I am trying to use is a library app which requires downloading documents but when using Bluestacks my only choice for download location on Win10 is 'device'. I can find no way to specify a drive or folder for download. Maybe this works okay with Android games but does not appear to work well with other apps.

I can't uninstall when installing bluestacks or even when I want it too bad

This program is just hassle after hassle.... Nothing seems to work. Dont waste your time.

If I could I would give this zero stars. The absolute worst piece of dog feces I've ever tried to run on my computer. Don't waste your time on this piece of trash.

After I dowload it and play games I can't move or do anything in game

It's amazingly slow and dumb, for instance, if you want to play a game on it bleustacks will take a dumb amount of time just to start while there nothing. then it crashes real nice because of ads. And if you have not deleted it yet, and you want to play stil then it wil take 30 minutes just to sign in with google play. (for me it's google play).
