We understand how frustrating it is when BlueStacks feels too heavy and crashes before you can even get into the app. Some BlueStacks services can be disabled if they are not useful for your setup, and BlueStacks AI does not run unless you actively use it. BlueAI is designed to help users automate tasks, control apps, manage workflows, and interact with mobile experiences through a chat interface inside BlueStacks. That is the full purpose of the feature. BlueStacks AI can also help with things like gameplay tips, quick guidance, and other in app assistance, but it should not be affecting your system if you are not using those features. For the lag and crashes you mentioned, the bigger factors are usually virtualization settings and how CPU cores and RAM are allocated. BlueStacks does not require purchases to complete in app transactions, and closing prompts or windows should work as intended. If a payment prompt could not be dismissed or games started crashing after that, that is not the experience we want users to have. Thanks for sharing this feedback. We are sorry BlueStacks took so long to load and still did not work for you. That kind of first experience is understandably frustrating. Slow loading or failure to start can happen when virtualization is disabled or when the system environment is not set up correctly for the emulator. Please check whether VT is enabled in BIOS and then try again. If it still does not work, contact our support team through the Help Center with your OS version and a short note on what happened after launch so we can help with the right next steps.
