Matthew in the Underwriting department is absolutely the most unprofessional person. I wish I could post screenshots so you all can see this first hand! But here are a few quotes from out text communication after I said I was not interested in the loan they were offering (short term loan vs term loan) "dont have a strong credit score". (I don't, that's fine) "Not going to happen" "im sorry to say" "the face we're willing to give you 40,000 is unhead of" "good luck" "truth hurts" "but im not trying to insult you" Sorry that is not how you approach someone with bad credit and you are still trying to get my business. Not going to happen. Oh! and on top of that I said to stop and to never contact me again. He still kept texting me. Didn't stop until I threatened to report him and that he would occur a $16,000 per occurrence.
