Their team moved very quickly to get my panels installed and I had to do very little. Everyone was friendly and great to work with. It may be too early to know, but so far the whole experience has been seamless. The Sales representative was personable, informative and not pushy at all. Today the installation crew were friendly, efficient, seemed knowledgeable and were great to work with. I still need and inspection before they get turned on then need to see how well the panels do.

Technician David Bailey came out to our home, he was exactly on time. When he says noon, he means noon. He led me through the issue and when a defect was found in the motherboard of the panel he filed an RMA with the vender for me. Very professional.
