Blue Ravens finance company GoodLeap is a huge scam and that makes Blue Raven just as guilty. I was assured by my Blue Raven contact that they would take care of my problem with GoodLeap. They did nothing and never responded further to me. Find another company to do business with!!! Save yourself a bunch of grief.

At first, I thought this company was amazing. My sales rep, Billy Holder, was fantastic. Once we started signing the papers, my experience went south. I had to call almost every week for an update. i was supposed to have tree trimming services added to my service. I have asked about it every time I call. I am not being told I signed a waiver that I would handle the service myself. This is not what I asked for. I was approved to have my panels turn on even though I'm still waiting on my meter from the city. Since my panels are turned on, it feels like their hands are wiped clean. Every time I call, I have received different response. One moment, they are going to fix it and the next, they can't. And my sales rep . . . voicemail is full and there is no word from him. This experience is so frustrating but what can I do now? I have a loan for these. I can't get rid of them. I am waiting for a call back from a supervisor. We will see how this goes. Update- My sales rep texted me that they will look into this and no one reached back out. Just called again today and spoke to a Samantha who said the contracts binging. You are basically on your own. I feel like i was pulled into a basic bait and switch and no one wants to take responsibility for this. I promise to never recommend your company.
