The installation team arrived within the given time. They explained in detail what they were going to do & why. They double checked that the placement of lines on the side of the house was acceptable. They were polite and quick and cleaned up thoroughly when done. They explained the next steps before leaving.

So far the solar installation has been extremely positive. There was an initial issue with the design team having some people turnover but once past that I can't say enough about how quickly the solar array went up and any adjustment needed were immediately communicated. Beautiful job, thanks Blue Raven!

Communication has been top notch from the very beginning from when I first reached out to them it has been pleasant phone conversation. After the salesman came out and talked with us as to what we should have and should do, to setting up meetings from the site visit through the installation. The whole team has been excellent to work with. I am very proud to say that I have a Blue Raven system and will recommend to anybody that I know looking for solar to use this company again. I am very happy. Has all been meticulously done.
