Took awhile for permit which I understand. But some of communication wasn't good, when having to get papers notarized. Otherwise all was good, installers were very polite. Everything pass with inspector, just have to wait on United Power. Robin L

It took a very long time to go through the permitting process. The team was mostly responsive to inquiries. The installation was promptly scheduled once the permitting was done. The installation team was professional. I didn’t get enough info about how to use the system that was just installed and a follow up request to get more info has not yet been answered. I am also not clear on what is supposed to happen next related to final inspection and connection to the electrical utility for bidirectional connection.

Installers were courteous and friendly, the company kept me up to date weekly with the progress. Could have used a reminder about next steps after the install- inspection, etc.

This project was an addition to the original BRS system we got 3 years ago (we just switched to an electric heat pump). Overall the experience was good; mostly good communication, fair price and good work. The electrician even helped us with an issue we'd been having with our existing panels. Our only complaint was that the design plan changed last minute and would have been more expensive, but then when the team showed up to do the work, they didn't even need to follow that change. It was good for us bc it was faster and cheaper, but the confusion about what would be done was a little annoying. Regardless, I'd still recommend BRS to friends!

We recently had solar panels installed by Blue Raven Solar. I am happy with the quality of the panels and the interactive app that shows how much the panels are producing and how much I'm saving off my electric bill. I feel that I am getting good savings and it's December right now, so I can't wait to see what the rest of the year brings! The staff at Blue Raven is exceptional. They are very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. There were a few things that didn't go as planned during installation and afterwards, but they took responsibility and made sure everything was taken care of, which is impressive. I definitely recommend Blue Raven for going solar!

I just got my panels installed and waiting for inspection. So far the process is smooth.

Honest review is, installation was scheduled. Received a call the Friday before a Wednesday installation saying the installation team had a commitment that couldn't be moved and that would force our installation to shift out to the following Friday. Seemed as if the prior commitment was more important than our previously scheduled install. That was annoying and concerning both at the same time. Upon arrival, the install team was fast and seemed to knock out the install without much issue. Left some trash laying around, and a box on the roof, but overall, I'd rate the install at a B to B+. That said, it hasn't rained yet, so we are anxiously biting our nails to see if when we get rain, if there are any leaks. Fingers crossed and praying there are not any leaks. Haven't been able to engage the system yet, currently awaiting inspection and Rocky Mountain Power to change out the home electrical meter.
