Excellent service

Contacted Blueprint 2x in past week. My other institution mailed Fidelity Select a check on 7/21/2026. My application is still pending the night of 8/6. The rate lock expires 8/7. The excuse I received over the phone was Fidelity has been slow processing. Asked them to call me back with an update. Never heard back. Blueprint will not be receiving any future business from me. I will be cancelling this application shortly. My other annuities are funded and accounts created within 6 business days or less.

This is our 4th annuity contract we did with Blue Print Income. Everything is always as stated on their site and the customer service is outstanding. The application process is very easy and simple. Received all the money what was guaranteed, they work only with top companies.

Jason was very helpful, answering all my questions. There is a lot of information about the myga products. I think the web site could be improved to make the experience easier.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE. It was 10 minutes before closing when I called Blueprint Income to inquire about opening an account and funding a fixed annuity. I told Patrick if he would just point me in the right direction, I would not keep him past business hours. He immediately said he would stick with me as long as it takes to open an account, process the annuity application, and answer any questions I may have. He assured me he did not mind helping me all the way, and I should not feel rushed. It took about an hour because I had to look up information to answer some of the questions. Patrick stayed with me the entire time, and I never felt rushed in any way. He was terrific and always had the answers to my questions. My application is now submitted, and I am looking forward to working with Blueprint Income in the future. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
