Great customer service! Ordered cocoa 3 bags, they arrived with cocoa all over the bags and in the box. Could not tell which bags where leaking. Took pictures and sent them in and within 2 days they apologized and sent new order, no charge. after two weeks and no order I contacted them. They got back to me immediately saying order was lost. I verified this with tracking. They said they were resending.

I spent £280 on Blueprint (Order #251101). The money was taken from my account and I never received my package after 1 month waiting. I’ve contacted customer support 3 times and had no response back. I don’t think i’ll ever see my money again or get the products I paid for. UPDATE: Issue now resolved. I had to use a different email address for customer service which was not the link on the website. It may be an erroneous link. Once I got through to an agent they resolved the issue within 24 hours. As a result, I am increasing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.
