Blueprint BryanjohnsonReviews of blueprint.bryanjohnson.com

Very disappointing response to a straightforward scientific question. I was considering purchasing Blueprint’s £57 SFC Facial Serum and asked whether it contained the 1% SFC concentration used in the clinical research referenced to support its benefits. I was not asking for their formulation, manufacturing process or trade secrets. I simply wanted to establish whether the product contained a concentration comparable to the one shown to be effective in the cited study. After waiting a week for the team to investigate, I was told that the concentration was “proprietary”. My second question, whether the finished product had undergone clinical efficacy testing, was also left unanswered. Instead, I received information about safety, stability and compatibility testing, none of which demonstrates that the product delivers its advertised benefits. I find this particularly disappointing from a brand built around scientific rigour, transparency and evidence-based interventions. If a company uses clinical research to promote an expensive skincare product, I think customers are entitled to ask whether the formulation being sold is comparable to the one studied. I wasn’t expecting disclosure of commercial secrets. I was expecting a meaningful, evidence-based answer. Unfortunately, the response has undermined my confidence in the product and the brand’s commitment to scientific transparency.

Placed order, read refund policy starts with 30 day want you to be satisfied jargon. I started reading up and there were lots of negative reviews so when got package did Not open outside box and decided to return. Emailed and they said don’t allow return of “food” items which is what they sell. Do Not buy from them. I wouldn’t mind negative reviews but you certainly you can’t return and all their items are expensive. They obviously don’t back their products either with refunds. Avoid

Poor products, not well put together. I came at this excited to try what Bryan Johnson was recommending. Didn't make any major commitments, but I can say all the products I have tried so far barely qualify for unfinished work. Protein bars with poor macros, powders that taste like cement dust, and all the rest of it. This needs way more investment and finesse before becoming a mainstream product.

This is regarding the 302 Laser Cap by Blueprint. It stopped working after just 7 months. Definitely not okay for a $1000k product. Must be cheaply made and not tested enough. Next time I’d purchase from one of the better known companies out there!

Products are great, but I had placed an order in November 2025, and Blueprint didn't package up the products correctly, so the shipment got lost in transit, as confirmed by FedEx. I've been trying to get a resolution on the matter since then. It's been 9 months without any resolution, and I can't even get them to respond via email with a resolution or substantive response. They don't have a number to be able to call them. I didn't want to leave a negative review, but I've reached my breaking point. I'm out almost $1,000 and no one seems to care. I received an email a few days ago which just said they would be helping me but with no next steps or resolution. They haven't responded to any of my emails after this one. This is beyond ridiculous. I want to be able to talk to someone on the phone so we can figure this out. I'm shocked that such a bad level of service would be connected to someone as meticulous as Bryan Johnson. Disappointing.

These supplements are just a massive absurd hoax. You can't take a hundred supplements and think that's gonna help the average person. Good lord. Bryan Johnson never even fact-checked his protocol for 1 second with GPT... Basically: **yes, if the claim is “Bryan Johnson has discovered a new anti-aging protocol the public should copy,” then most of it is close to worthless.** The genuinely valuable parts are already consensus: * sleep enough and keep timing regular * train hard, including strength and cardio * eat mostly whole foods * avoid alcohol/smoking * keep ApoB, blood pressure, glucose, visceral fat, and oral health in good range * track enough to notice problems early That is not novel. It is just unusually disciplined and expensive. Where he is **not worthless** is as a spectacle/demonstration of what happens when someone treats health like an engineering project with massive resources. He is useful for: 1. **Showing compliance intensity** Most people “know” the basics but do not execute them. His main achievement is adherence, not discovery. 2. **Popularizing better metrics** ApoB, VO₂ max, grip strength, sleep regularity, blood pressure, visceral fat, CAC/plaque imaging, glucose control—these are more useful than vague wellness talk. 3. **Generating N=1 curiosity** Some experiments may be interesting, but they are not generalizable evidence. 4. **Exposing the limits of biomarker optimization** He may have excellent numbers while still looking, to many people, gaunt or unnatural. That is actually a useful warning: perfecting metrics can diverge from looking vibrant, feeling socially alive, or being broadly resilient. So I’d phrase it like this: **Blueprint’s core is valuable but obvious. Blueprint’s novelty is mostly branding, measurement obsession, and expensive over-optimization. The parts most worth copying are the least original. The parts most original are the least proven.** The best critique is not “he looks old, therefore it’s fake.” The better critique is: **after you remove the obvious fundamentals, there may not be much left that has high evidence, good cost-benefit, and broad applicability.**

I ordered a package in January to try their [ridiculously overpriced] products. The supplements did nothing, and the olive oil wasn't very impressive. I was disappointed, but chalked it up to a learning experience. Imagine my surprise when 3 months later, my card is charged over 200$ and I get the exact same shipment. Luckily I saw it before it arrived, as I was on vacation and sick when I got the notification. I emailed them before the shipment arrived stating that I am not interested in their products. They refused to cancel the shipment before I even got it. They claimed that I selected autoship when I didn't. I even contacted the shipper and told them not to deliver. Unfortunately it was delivered, and the unopened package is still in my office for 3 months now. They refuse to take it back. The worst is that my bank is a credit union, and they're notorious for siding with the merchant, no matter how sketchy and how low their trust reviews are. So I had no choice but to cancel my card and get a new number to prevent them from recharging me. Their greed is unmatched, and I have never had such an experience with a merchant before.

They forgot to send out a part of my order, and told me that they would resend it. This was 2 weeks ago, and nothing has been sent, and I have tried contacting them multiple times and no one has responded to my emails. I would like someone from the team to get back to me. I dont care how good a product is, if customer service is this bad, then I will cancel my subscription without hesitation.
