Scam business. You can't delete your account, remove credit card information, or cancel your membership for an extended period. It seems that cancellations only last a month, then you're automatically renewed for the next month. There's no 'you're resubscribed and will be charged' email, and there doesn't seem to be an option to get such an email. There's also no confirmation of any kind that you've 'cancelled' so credit card chargebacks are more difficult. It's also never stated that you're only cancelling for one month.

A card I ordered did not arrive and on investigation I noted that it had been sent to the wrong email address despite me copying and pasting the correct address. They are refusing to address my complaint by email Disreputable company.

I signed up for the free 7 day trial and they took one months membership from me .. it is a total con!! This was on day 2 of the 7 day trial!! I have written to them twice and only get automated responses!! Avoid at all costs!! Do not sign up for the supposed free trial!!

Disappointing. A scheduled card was never received. For another, the email address (which I use daily) was said to be invalid. Have cancelled.

Took payment from my credit card of $19.99 without notice - a year on from paying the original subscription fee. Did not want to renew. Was not warned of payment. Trying to get it back...

I have been 100 % satisfied with the ecards I have sent for different occasions to family and friends, especially during Lockdown when it was difficult to buy and send greetings cards. I love the quirky songs and graphics 😊

I apologize if took me so long, i had forgotten, but Blue Mountain immediately reimbursed me all the money. They made it quick and easy. Thank you Blue mountain. I'm changing you to a 5! Another leach of a company who's whole business plan revolves around the client forgetting to cancel the service and getting exorbitant price for what is never worth it. So I got one e-card that I sent last minute to my niece for the low low of $19.99. Great service guys, keep up the good work of exercising our memory

I signed up from a free trial and canceled 2 days later, but I was still charged the $4.99 monthly fee. I called and spoke with a representative at Blue Mountain and they said they dont refund already processed monthly subscriptions. I did a stop services on them and will not do business with them again. Dont call it free if you cant cancel it during the trial period.
