If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I spoke with someone one day, she had me on hold so long I hung up the phone. Bluegreen took it upon themselves to pick and book a destination and date for my vacation on the following day (not the same day). I called someone and he was suppose to transfer me to the correct department and hung the phone up in my face. I was never rude or loud. Very disappointed.

This company is extremely high pressure. They promise a lot and are all friendly until you tell them no numerous times, then they get all short and very rude with you. Best not to buy in and just get the “free” or discounted nights because the annual fees are outrageous. Been an owner now for 12 years and would love to know how to get out. I can say we definitely use it year to year as to not pay all the fees for nothing. However, I can find a much better deal on my own without the cost of the actual points mixed with the annual fees.

Going in, my vacation ‘Getaway’ experience was “booked incorrectly”, according to the hotel personnel at our destination, wherein a hold was placed on the credit card required for the full RETAIL AMOUNT of the 3 nights stay, leaving those funds unavailable DURING our stay, causing a strain and hampering our movement around the city. The Bluegreen office where I attended the presentation couldn’t resolve the issue, and blamed the error on ‘Marketing’, leaving me to resolve the non-payment of a ‘gift’ stay issue with CORPORATE, even though I paid a ‘package cost’ months ago. I believe the company’s failure to handle even a booking correctly is indicative of their consumer service pattern, and am reticent to purchase anything further from BLUEGREEN Vacations, Unlimited.

There is no experience to share ,, they are impossible to book unless you do so years in advance , waste of time and money .

Absolutely lie. Was promised so much when we purchased a year ago and still haven't been able to book anything. Tried booking 6 months out and still no reservations available. I have tried 9 times over the past year and nothing! I was told if we couldn't book then we would receive our money back! Another absolute lie! Please don't let yourself get scammed on this!

They have a very rude employee and very poor management in Orlando. A person who was very rude and nonprofessional was Simon Gingu. Let me explain what happened. They offered us 200 dollars for my trip but in their office at the fountain. They asked us lots of wiered questions about how much I earn and even wanted to check out my credit report which can be effected on my credit score and I did not want to do that. Anyway, they did not return 200. They were very rude to respond why they did not return 200 and made lots of noise and talk disrespectfully, I do not want this to happen to other people so that is why I am sharing this review. I do not recommend trying Bluegreen Vacation Fountains to any other people.

It is worst, they lie to you during call, and you will end up paying more money. I would suggest not to choose this vacation.
