Waste of time with the presentation. Too expensive and dishonest. Then they charged extra charges on my cc after we left the resort. Don't use them, just another scam.

This timeshare refuses to let us out. In total, we had four agreements with them before we finally decided that we were done with their lies and we wanted to separate ourselves from the company. At first, we purchased more points because we were not getting any availability and we were told that purchasing more would fix our problems. Then we were told if we bought more then we could earn money from our timeshare and they would teach us how to do it. They guided us at first but then the plan to rent never worked. During our last purchase, we were told that if we upgraded then we would never lose our points again and we could book even further in advance. Once we figured out that they lied to us about every single thing, we contacted them to end everything. They canceled the two loans that still had a mortgage but for some reason, they are holding on to our two purchases that are paid off. They are trying now to make me pay 10K to cancel instead of just letting us go as we wish. We will not be paying that amount when they already lied to us on more than one occasion and we have already paid off those two purchases. Unless you agree to deal with their lies and want to be stuck complaining to them for the rest of your lives, do not go near this company.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! They lie from the start! Each and every time I tried to utilize what I purchased it was denied.. it would state availability then once booked the dates would change! Ultimately they steal your money and waste your time. They DO NOT REFUND! That is a lie… they WILL NOT REFUND! It is a scam in my opinion and they do have a pending lawsuit! They are professionals at selling something you will never be able to utilize. It sounds great initially just beware it’s a scam!

I took a blue/green tour May 23, 2023 to Branson, Mo. I was offered a $100 gift card, a $25 gift card and 40,000 Choice Privilege points this is July 18, 2023. I have been talking to them since May all I have gotten is we will try and check on it. That’s all I have gotten - talk no action.

My husband bought a 3 night stay in Las Vegas for $250 from bass pro. When we got there we had to pay $60 in taxes/fees and had an option that if you wanted room service you would have to pay $80 extra. You have to go to a mandatory 2 hour presentation with everyone that checked in if not you get charged $200. When we got to the presentation we were upfront about not buying the timeshare. They will still try to sell you but once they see that you are not going to budge they will become rude and condescending. It felt like a scam. Worst experience ever.

Made a reservation with points and were told we had until 9p to cancel. Called at 815p to cancel only to find the (p deadline was Eastern time, so office was closed. Were not told we could canel online anytime before midnight. Called next morning to cancel reservation and were told there would be a $75 fee if cancellation over the phone or $60 if cancelled online. They refused to waive the cancellation fee twice, despite their not communicating the prior deadline time properly nor the online option. So, I'm out $60 because they did not do their job! By calling twice, I gave them ample opportunity to do what was obviously the right thing, but they refused. Do NOT ever buy a Bluegreen timeshare, EVER!! Run as far and as fast as you can from any and all sales pitches, etc. from Bluegreen. It is a huge ripoff, that only begins with unfair and inappropriate cancellation fees.

My husband and I were approached by a blue green vacations representative at Cabelas in Acworth, Georgia. He explained that we would get a three night vacation at a resort style hotel of our choice for $179. So we paid it and I started looking online to book the vacation. I noticed that the website kept trying to sell me an upgrade for $80 per night. I read reviews that said that sometimes they will put you in a standard hotel instead of the resort style hotel that they promised. So I called them and explained that I was available any time in the following month and would happily go stay at any of the surrounding 6 resorts represented on their website. The lady told me I would find out my specific hotel after booking the dates. I explained to her that my family and I were not willing to stay at a standard hotel with a rectangular pool because the sales guy promised us and showed us pictures of the included resort locations with beautiful amenities including luxury pools that my family would enjoy. She said that was an upgrade and it was my choice if I wanted to upgrade or stay with the standard room that was provided. This was a lie and NOT what I was sold! My family and I were promised a Resort with all the amenities included. Not a standard Hampton Inn room. So in total, they were wanting to charge me $419 plus tax and a 2-3 hour timeshare presentation for my “free” luxury vacation. RUN as far away from these crooks as you can! If you do happen to get sucked into their lies, make sure you cancel within 30 days to get your money back. Unfortunately I waited too late.

When i purchase the package the sales man told me that you have to attend to a presentation which they did not explain that all the family had to attend if not you were going to charge a fee of a lot of dollars! This is bull…. i purchase the package at the mall And the men told me that one of us can attend not all had to! Please be aware before you purchase with blue green vacations!
