I would give it a zero if I could. They lie to you about what you are purchasing , do not provide receipts, and then do not provide an option for exit. I was told I could go anywhere in the US but now am being told it is only one destination that I can use. I was also told the properties are pet friendly but now find out that is a lie as well. I requested a refund but the person I spoke to was only focused on my dog and waited around for 2 days to make a decision which then made it outside of my 30 day window for refund. I was never told there was a time frame to change my mind. Please , for the love of GOD, don't trust anything these people say. They are just a rip off.

Even after explaining that the fees were no longer manageable and that the ownership had become a burden, the only “solution” offered was paying thousands of dollars just to exit. It shouldn’t be this hard to walk away from something you can no longer use or afford. The lack of transparency, the rising costs, and the dismissive responses make the entire process feel unfair. I expected honest help, not roadblocks. I can’t recommend this company based on how they treat owners once they need assistance.

I paid $199 for a reservation with BlueGreen Vacations. When I had to cancel, they charged a $99 cancellation fee—which I was told would come out of the $199. Instead, they charged a second $99, totaling $300 for a room I never stayed in. Customer service refused to help or correct the issue. Be careful — they use misleading fee structures and zero accountability.

Yayonna emailed to assist us, but has been completely unresponsive and never returned our calls. Following this failure, Bunny told us to contact Pinnacle Vacations, suggesting they could help, which led to yet another dead end. The consistent lack of support makes this whole thing more frustrating. Not worth the money or the headaches.

Owners were encouraged to buy additional points under false promises, later told those purchases disqualified them from benefits that were never properly disclosed. Even after repurchasing and consolidating accounts as instructed, booking high-demand locations remains nearly impossible despite following all procedures. Promised benefits tied to premium status and Hilton’s acquisition have never been delivered. Meanwhile, rising maintenance fees and lack of support have turned this program into a financial burden. The so-called “exit options” only add insult to injury. Bluegreen should allow contract termination without additional cost and address the misrepresentations that have caused ongoing hardship for many owners.
