Very helpful and patient to customers who have no idea what to do or new to setting up a server... tracy and brad help me get started thank you guys so much. You cannot find a better quality customer service or a faster response time than BFS. I highly recommend this company.

Rented an ark server from these guys before, it's a sub-par service, slow support and they don't use tcadmin, their game panel is dated.

Brilliant tech support. Regardless of the time of day or what's happening, someone is there and able to help me. I've had to contact them 4 times now and every time it's been solid. It's been so much better than any of the other providers we've tried. Web UI does what it needs to and none of your files are behind a paywall. Great place to be.

I have had two issues setting up my space engineers server.. not only were the support staff willing to help me out they replied with-in minutes of my request. Tracy @support is by far the best admin I have worked with for online support of any service!

Tracy and Craig, Both are wonderful and the most helpful techs when it comes to server configs, both show extreme patience and are willing to explain and even go the distance to double check the work that you think you did right. For instance, we recently removed our join password from our servers and lost all the clusters to the main server. After 3 days of figuring things out ourselves, we decided to contact tech support, and Tracy, came on and instantly helped us get our server back up and running. It was a check mark we forgot to unselect on our server search. It took only 3 mins. Such wonderful staff!! Keep up the great work you guys!
