I ordered a set of 4 printer toner cartridges and they were each shipped separately. I live in California … they have 2 warehouses in California, each less than 4 hours from my address, yet the shipment originated in Illinois. One of the cartridges is still in another city and has not been delivered. The only advantage is the price being about 10% less than other vendors. UPDATE: last toner in the set finally received damaged … asked for a replacement and I have to wait until the review of the damaged toner is complete. The 10% savings is not enough for me to ever order from them again. 🙁

SLOW SHIPPING! They didn't even get my item to UPS until 4 days after my order, so even though I live less than 200 miles from their ship point it's been over a week and I still haven't gotten the item. I ordered from Bluedogink instead of Amazon because Amazon is so predatory to their sellers, but in the future I might just do Amazon due to the fast shipping.

Purchased a printer at competitive price and it was shipped very promptly. It arrived damaged and I immediately informed Bluedog Ink with pictures. They apologized and promptly stated they will give me a return label to return it. It’s been 10 days and I interact with them daily asking for an update. They repeatedly state I should receive the shipping label very soon but I never receive it. If you are lucky enough to receive an undamaged item then price-wise Bluedog Ink looks to be a good vendor. If it arrives damaged then you are stuck with the hassle which makes any price savings not worth it. Happy to update my review when I receive a return shipping label.
