BluedoginkReviews of bluedogink.com

This company knowingly rips people off they advertise free shipping and all of their ink but will charge you 9.99 when you call they tell you sorry for the inconvenience but the price is correct. scam scummy business.

I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BLUEDOGINK AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!! have been doing business with Bluedogink for 12 years without any real issues. On my last order the sent me the wrong HP toner cartridge. It wasn't even for my printer. I contacted them about the issue and the run-around began. Per their instructions and the RMA, they sent me I returned the item for a refund. They confirmed that the item was received but they are saying I need to wait 2 weeks for my refund. There is something going on here. In trying to obtain my refund I found out that that a company named "Essedant" which is affiliated in ownership with Staples is where my toner cartridge came from. So, it appears that they only take the payment and then they pass the order onto someone else. There is something going on over there. Beware of doing business with Bluedogink!

I ordered a product their site showed was in stock that we badly need. Not only must they not have had it in stock... They cancelled the order without notification. Two more days wasted in our search. We are black listing this company in our order system.

I purchased 4 XL ink cartridges for my Canon printer. Box arrives with Mega Tank Refills- not even close in product number or website photo/description to what I ordered. Told by CS they will investigate warehouse and issue me a refund or replacement when they conclude their investigation. Sent photo as requested and email demanding immediate replacement or refund. Filed Credit Card dispute immediately after reading Trust Pilot reviews, ready to cancel it when/if company made good. Received replacement 5days later -SAME INCORRECT MEGA TANKS! if this company is not operating with malicious intent, then they are operating with EXTREME INCOMPETENCE. Will return the 4 incorrect products and have demanded a refund. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT!

I ordered a set of 4 printer toner cartridges and they were each shipped separately. I live in California … they have 2 warehouses in California, each less than 4 hours from my address, yet the shipment originated in Illinois. One of the cartridges is still in another city and has not been delivered. The only advantage is the price being about 10% less than other vendors. UPDATE: last toner in the set finally received damaged … asked for a replacement and I have to wait until the review of the damaged toner is complete. The 10% savings is not enough for me to ever order from them again. 🙁

Ordered some hard to find Oki toner, they sent one of 4, then nothing. I complained and now they say, sorry, you can have a store credit for the rest. The big dig? Their website still shows these items can be ordered! Gonna be a down and dirty nasty fight!

Why bother? Crappy website. Went to browse for the FIRST TIME and immediately am presented with a screen stating my IP has been banned. It even showed my IP on my screen! Be considerate! What if I was sharing my screen to someone? Thank God I was not screensharing at that time. Your IP may be leaked. DO NOT USE.

I am in a public school so I called the company to get a quote for an order. The person on the phone told me to email customer service and to include item number, qty etc. Then customer service sent me a message that said "Our prices are on the website." When I went to call back they hung up on me twice without even saying "hello". Certainly will not stay in business with that kind of customer service!
