I ordered product on the BlueDog site 3 different times because they said the product is in stock and ready to ship. They take my order and my money, stating the product is in stock and ready to ship. After a week of no estimated delivery & no feedback I Request to cancel the orders. Bluedog confirmed order cancelation stating “Please allow 2-3 business days for payment to fall off account.” But wait, that’s not all. The very next day I receive another email from Bluedog stating: "We have issued you a store credit in the amount of $63.99". Come on, what the heck is that?? I place the order, they no problem taking my money and then have the audacity to issue me a store credit for a product I never received! Save your time and money. Find a reputable company!!!

They canceled my order twice after i completed everything fine without explanations. Avoid this company!

I WAS CHARGED FOR OUT-OF-STOCK PARTS AFTER A 5 DAY DELAY IN PROCESSING MY LAZER PRINTER PARTS ORDER. I SENT BLUEDOGINK.COM A WRITTEN CUSTOMER SERVICE INQUIRY @ sales@ bluedogink.com THREE DAYS AFTER I PLACED THE PARTS ORDER AND I LEFT THREE VOICE MAILS ON BLUEDOGINK.COM SALES NUMBER 1-877-258-3364. FIVE DAYS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER, I FINALLY RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM CSR "EMILY" APOLOGIZING THAT ALL OF MY OKIDATA PRINTER PARTS ORDERED ARE OUT-OF-STOCK. CSR EMILY FAILED TO DISCLOSE IN HER RESPONSE EMAIL, WHEN BLUEDOGINK.COM WOULD GET THE OKIDATA PRINTER PARTS AND EMILY FAILED TO DISCLOSE THAT BLUEDOGINK.COM HAD CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR PRINTER PARTS THEY NEVER SENT BECAUSE THE PARTS ARE OUT-OF-STOCK @ BLUEDOGINK.COM.

Ordered Ink Cartridges for my brother printer middle of April 2023. The items arrived July 11,2023. Items arrived 3 months later! They were sent via UPS in a balled up bag that provided absolutely NO protection. Ink purchase totaled $194.00 Check out the condition of the boxes when I opened the bag. Just poor communication and expectations for an ecommerce site. I do not recommend this company and will not be ordering from them again.

Terrible customer service. Website stated that all items I ordered were in stock and should be delivered in 1 day. 2 days go by and I get nothing, their website states the order is still pending. I contact them via their online form. No response. The next day I call them 4 times, they claim that all agents are busy, leave a message and someone will call you back. I leave a message stating my name, order number and phone number to please call back. They email me a few minutes later stating "Thank you for your voicemail, typically all order take 24 hours for warehouse processing and 2 to 5 business days for shipment.". No question was asked in my voicemail and they didn't want to even ask what the issue was. I replied "The order was placed 2 days ago. The site advertises 1 day delivery. Also I emailed yesterday with no response." to which they responded everything was out of stock and the I was supposed to get an automated email which must have been a glitch. It would be 2-3 weeks minimum for it to come back in stock. Don't waste your time with them, absolutely terrible business.

I placed an order for Oki drums since the site said they were in stock. When my order didn't arrive I questioned them and they said they sold out right after I placed my order. Months later and after many followups they cancelled my order. They are refusing to credit back my credit card and their "customer service" has stopped replying to me. I don't want a store credit as I have never purchased form them in that past and certainly won't in the future after this experience. They aslo should have just put an authorazaton on my card instad of charging me for items they did not have in stock. I will be reporting them to BBB and to my credit card co.

If zero stars was an option, I would put that. This company is horrible. I ordered a product and only took it out of the box to notice immediately that it was incorrect. I put it back in the box to return. Just because the box was open this company would not exchange it. They say that the return policy is posted, however I searched all over for the return policy and I had to dig, clicking several drop down areas to find it. That is crooked. I will never use this company again, and I will be telling all of our partners to also never order from here. I ended up finding the same item for half the price elsewhere, who had amazing customer service who didn't laugh because I was unsure what exactly the make of the machine was. Boo for this company. You lost alot of customers in our area.

False advertising. Bluedogink is listing products as “in stock” that they know to be out of stock and in short supply. They take your money first, do NOT notify you that your order is “pending” unless you log in and check and then tell you that they will ship in 2-3 weeks without any ability to tell you where your order is on the list to be filled. They will then pretend that this is an “IT Glitch”. Good luck calling them for help. I had to call 8 times (once every 5 minutes from an overseas location) to get in touch with their “24-7 support” line. I would send them a copy of this if they gave a crap, but they don’t.
