VERY SLOW TO PAY
Sold a few phones to BCC recently. Their price quotes were a bit higher than others. But it took over 2 weeks to get paid after the phones were delivered. No way to reach them on the phone (goes to voicemail each time). Whenever I email or text, I do get a response usually within 24 hours. But the responses just apologize for the delay and promises to process the phones right away. It still took over 2 weeks to get paid. And instead of one lump sum payment, the payments were made in increments or roughly $250 or so over the matter of a week. In the end I did get paid the promised amount. The amounts were higher than offered elsewhere. But it was very slow and frustrating. I would NOT use BCC again in the future. Other companies are much faster with their payments.
