I’ve tried contacting them for multiple days now both through there online conversation portal and by support email and they continue to ignore me . When I initially made the purchase I had assumed it was for a one time order only but they charged my card again and I’ve told them I don’t want the product and to cancel the order and nothing even tho they claim to have 24/7 365 support agents . There was never a warning email about an upcoming subscription charge where I could have stopped the order ahead of time . The item hasn’t shipped or have a tracking number but I know they’re waiting to respond AFTER it sends so they can try and deny my claim for refund . This company is a scam and fraudulent and will try and steal your hard earned money !!!!!

I wouldn’t buy this product due to their obnoxious nonstop commercials.

Never received my order. I requested to have my order re-sent due to them putting the wrong shipping address but I keep getting the same answer bot replies. This company does not care about the consumer. Avoid at all costs!

Once you've paid Don't EVER expect a reply from this company through their 'chat' or customer service email programs, and take note there's no phone contact provided. I had attempted contact four times and NOTHING returned.

I recently tried their product according to their reviews instruction. No difference whatsoever. Save your money for a product that actually works!

Totally over abvertized and overrated. Their processing and delivery is a joke. Payed for express delivery both times. 2/3 days. Took two weeks both times. I’m done!!!!!!!

This has been the worst experience for myself as a wife. My husband kept farting from it the smell is incredibly horrible. No joke I almost passed out by his smell. His penis has not done what has been advertised. Everyone boo for blue chew.
