Doesn't even deserve one star. Product is broken and useless. Took it 4 times and absolutely nothing happened. No refunds or returns because they know this product doesn't work. Do not waste your time here. This is purely a scam. What's a waste of time and money!

I'm a current customer and today for the first time I needed to change the credit card billing info and shipping option. This company is all about using their chat BOT and automated emails, I left multiple voicemails, emails and a BOT request to no avail! This will be my last order with this provider and it's still messed up! Good bye BlueChew!!!

Sent another shipment after canceled on5.9.2025 and attempting to collect 60.00..advised credit card company not to pay this charge. Unscrupulous, unprofessional and very underhanded business practice SHAME ON YOU !!!

NEVER PAY for Priority shipping. They will pocket what you paid and put it in normal shipping and theres nothing you can do about it. They have a ZERO return or refund policy. Just go to HIMS and get a real company that cares about their customers.

I ordered an “one time” try out, now the company is pulling unauthorized money from my account as if I’m on a payment plan. Their “support “ email is not active, it returned stating undeliverable. I tried chatting with them and a generic message continues to populate that is not helpful to my issue. I want a refund. No customer service to assist. No valid number

I reached out to support because they gave me the wrong version of the medicine and I had a reaction where i had a flushed face to the one that the sent me. Instead of trying to right the problem, they sent me to their medical team that just gave me a bunch of stupid canned information. Absolutely no help from their support. I would not recommend Blue Chew to anyone
