I'm trying to purchase a new license of the product for my home business. It tells me I do not have permission to make the purchase - I am the company!! How can that be? There is no phone number to call. And if you want to talk to someone in sales you have to make an appointment 3 or 4 days from the time you need it! I guess sales must be grand since they are not willing to engage someone who wants to buy the product!!!!

The product itself is great. But trying to manage your account and licenses online and trying to contact support is a nightmare. For some reason there are multiple websites and places to login to try to manage your licenses and accounts. It's not all in one place. I tried emailing the sales department to add licenses (since we couldn't figure out how to do it online) and the sales guy emailed back 3 weeks later! Most companies can't have employees sit around without licenses for that long. The emailed response didn't help at all, so today I called customer support and it took literally 45 minutes for someone to answer. He told me he would send me a contract for the licenses to sign and that was 2 hours ago and still nothing. It's strange they make it so difficult for us to give them our money.

Bluebeam Revu is a great product. However, support is terrible. The support staff is friendly and attempts to be helpful, but getting a resolution to any issue is absolute torture. In order to get any response, you have to call the support phone number (any other contact method results in no response at all), endure a lengthy hold (I've never had a hold less than 30 minutes). You will probably have to do this multiple times to get a resolution. There are entire Reddit threads on how difficult getting a resolution (or even a response) from Bluebeam often can be.
