This is my first time shopping here and it’s been over a week, my order still says pending. Your website saids order are being dispatched next day? I emailed customer service but no reply? Am I going to get my order ?

I found a pair of Moussy jeans I really wanted and were on major sale for Black Friday. Unfortunately, the online site wouldn't take my first credit card (and there are no issues with it - I use it every day), wouldn't take a 2nd card (no issues with that one either) and also wouldn't take Amazon Pay from my Amazon account!! There was some problem with their site. I tried for 3 days in a row and each time it wouldn't work. Also, reached out to the help email and never got a response. I won't be shopping here ever again!

My shirt was shipped the same day and arrived the next day. My shirt was packed so neatly in tissue paper and in a protective bag. Little things like that go a long way. I will definitely recommend and buy from again.
