We had a sofa break while it was under warranty. Customer service was wonderful to work with and promptly sent a replacement. I'm not sure why the other reviews are so negative here, but Blu Dot gave me the best customer service of any furniture store I have worked with (including Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn and West Elm). Very impressed.

I recently furnished an entire 2 bedroom Brooklyn apartment from scratch and Blu Dot was one of the best experiences. They had timely order fulfillment and the overall product quality was great! I felt everything was well worth the price. Especially want to note that the Li'l Something Side Tables, which are wood+metal were so easy to put together and are super stable. They will be easy to disassemble and move and I will probably keep them forever. So often these nouveau online brands have good marketing and design but, then you get some piece of furniture that had zero quality control and you feel like you got scammed. Rest assured Blu Dot can be trusted, they will leave you with a great fully functional piece of furniture.

I have several products: queen New Standard and two Hush beds, large teardrop and large Hoola mirror, Note Side Table and Swole table and several accessories. We’ve been fans and customers since 2004 .. When I shop here, I imagine being a customers and clients back in the early and mid-50s whom “got” the functional, anesthetic and financial value in the products. So, while I own several authentic mid century pieces ( Eames, Nelson, Saarinen and Noguchi ), there’s something about what I imagine i “see” in BD Other saw and then mid century movement, after it was popular and after before it was priced out of range for the very people it was created and designed for

Bought lots of stuff from Blue Dot--metal trays, ottomans, table--and everything is good quality and nice looking. Recently I had to contact customer service over an inaccurate tracking number and Nate was wonderful. He actually answered the phone, no horrible voice menu. He was super sweet. And he got back to me as promised in email, then promptly resolved the issue. Customer support is important. Very pleased with it for this business.

My review is for the catalog unsubscribe process. We receive an inordinate amount of junk mail (who doesn't these days...) and Blu Dot has by far the most delightful unsubscribe process. The unsubscribe link is printed right on the back of the catalog so you don't have to waste time digging through help archives. The page itself isn't spammy and does not attempt to thwart you from unsubscribing. This is how ALL catalogs should work. Great job Blu Dot! (Also, we have their New Standard couch and it is too awesome.)
