I like your product because it works. It takes time for it to get in there system but it works better than any of the other things I have tried.

When ordering i misunderstood instructions and Carla replied to my email promptly and most helpfully. My problem was solved immediately. I find the service efficient and fast. I shall continue to use this product.

Our furry dog has been dealing with allergies for sometime now. We’ve spent tons of $$ in trying different things from otc products to apoquel, citopoint injections and so on and it’s been disappointing. We were skeptical to try collagen but did it anyway. It’s really helped. Took some time to see results but happy. Recently placed an order and received one bottle broken. Reached out, was surprised to hear back with a response within 24hours and they resolved the bottle. Now that’s an experience we’ll never forget! Thank you!
