My dogs were on this bloompet collagen for approximately 30 days. Unfortunately it did not help them. I have an 8 lb 16 years old and a 1 year old that is 20 lbs. So I was really hoping that the old man would definitely get some help. When I emailed bloompet they refunded my money with no problem. Great company but it did not help my dogs. Some it does and others it doesn't. Each dog just like people are different and respond differently to different supplements & medicine. I hope it works good for someone else

After I placed my order, I was concerned about not wanting autoship. I reached out by email and the response time was phenomenal! The young lady, (Carla) answered all of my questions and even replied to my stating how I was looking forward to trying the products! Wonderful experience!

Still have not even received my collagen for my dog, but did have questions about dosage and way to give to my dog! Very quick response is greatly appreciated. So hoping and praying this helps my buddy’s skin issues!!! Thank you again!!

This is not about the product or shipping or cost. After I placed my order, I had several questions about being placed on auto-ship and related info. The customer service team's response time was remarkable. Not only did I get an almost instant reply, but they also clarified everything about which I had a question. A+ on that end.

I had an issue with the buy 2 get 2 free deal. My order was short of my 2 free bottles...after reaching out to customer support Carla was amazing at solving the issue. I will certainly deal with this company in the future.

I saw a different total for my bill when i got my confirmation email so i reached out and asked about the discrepancy and re emailed to tell them the bank had taken out the proper amount and carla got right back to me got everything double checked fixed my mailing information as well. You guys are awesome. I love doing business with you.

It's the "putting right that counts" was a famous saying from a company here in New Zealand but applicable all around the world. In my case with Bloom it certainly is true, sadly they had a problem with spoiled product they were unaware of and replaced my order immediately with another. Unfortunately they suspected the issue was just one package but later discovered it came from the same container which was the culprit. They immediately refunded my money until they could ensure they had got to the rout of the problem. Can't say fairer than that.
