I ordered from this merchant. After a month, I had not yet received the merchandise and ordered elsewhere. I eventually did receive the product but was no longer interested. After some going back and forth, the company credited back the cost of the purchase. Thank you

I was very sceptical when ordering as I wasn't 💯 that the company advertised was legit. However, tracking of order was good, and packaging, labelling etc as well. Very easy directions on bottle to follow. Ingredients well labelled also. I gave both my dogs, of different breeds, their first dosage. Both dogs, slept through the night with no biting,licking, scratching what so ever. This is a first for all of us, in many months. Of course I didn't expect anything to happen in 1 dosage, but somehow it did. Hopefully it will continue to go upwards for my babies sake.

My 12 year old American Staffy loves his collagen supplement and I believe his coat benefits from it. Ordering is a simple process but delivery takes a while and the tracking page seems to stall "in transit" for days on end and then it arrives with no notice. I recommend the product though so it's worth the wait.

Just received our bottles this weekend and have yet to try them, so I can’t comment on the product. However, we have been working with Carla for several weeks and her customer service and communication has been amazing! I will update my review once we’ve tried the product.

Carla kept me updated on my order. I've been scammed several times and her assurances helped. My order arrived several days ago, ordered 2 May 26, order arrived 13 May 26. So I was anxious but Bloompet had integrity. Thank you.

I received the wrong product. After multiple emails I was able to get a credit from Carla in Customer Service. I wish the company had a phone number listed on the website to call a human, but Bloom is like all companies now that used emails or BOT. I prefer the email.

I purchased 5 of the Kriath collagen for dogs x 3. Out of purchasing and taking to my vet, it was advised I did not give it to my dog as there was an ingredients that my dog could not have. When I reached out to Bloompet to see about returning them. They immediately got back to me and stated that it was gonna cost more to return them and offered me a percentage back. Told me to go ahead and keep them and gave me an idea of donating them as they are all unopened. I appreciate their guidance and direction with what to do with the product as I cannot use it and I also appreciate them giving me a percentage of my money back.
