BloomintoReviews of bloominto.co

I paid the 1.99 then they charged me 39.99. I did not authorize that. I used the email provided by PayPal and they said they would refund me and they did not. Not only is the information they provided not helpful, they are now taking more money from me.

This is a very depressing excuse for a website that preys on neurodivergent people who want to understand themselves better. I paid $1.99 (nearly MYR 9) in the hopes of receiving a comprehensive report. (Instead, I received some AI crap.) After that, I clicked "go even deeper" without realizing it and was charged about RM27 four times (more than RM100). There was no warning that I would be charged. My account had to be blocked. All I received when I attempted to contact them were autoreplies. I'm writing on my mother's behalf in the hopes of recovering her money. I'm furious with the dingbats who made this website. I'm hoping my mom won't be charged for a subscription. Update: the BANK told me they tried to charge my mom even more money two times after she blocked her account. I didn’t even go into the website. The bank is disputing the payments but it takes 90 days with no guarantees whether we get the money back.

I paid $1.99 for a so-called Neurodivergent assessment which I didn’t receive by email (just a basic page after I paid). It was totally broad and not at all tailored - it’s clearly written by AI, the so-called “founder” a psychologist called Anna, is also a fake AI character. I looked up the parent company Dreamfin UAB online and it’s based in Lithuania - there is no real company called Bloominto and there is no founder called Anna. Now I’m totally paranoid I’m about to get charged loads of payments like everyone else (who is a real customer) in these reviews. Currently trying to talk to my bank to block these scammers. Disgusted by these predators

This is such a crazy scam I can't even. First charged 39.99, then got a refund, then recharged 49.99 then refunded 39.99 and just today was RECHARGED 39.99 about two weeks after the last refund. And refunded again. I have been in constant communication with the support which feels also fake. At this point I'm interested in collective legal action.

Wish I could give Zero stars This website/so-called company is a fraud and fake. They came up on my Instagram feed as an ad which led me to take a quiz to see if I was neurodivergent. When you get to the end before you get your results, they say you can get your results for $1.99 and that they will email them to you. Don’t do it!! They don’t send you the results and then they get your credit/debit card info. Then you have to go through the hassle of calling your bank to close that card number out and get another one so that they don’t try and charge you again for a higher amount. As soon as you do that, this so-called company emails you telling you they are sorry to see you go and that they cancelled your order, which isn’t true because I never contacted them directly to do so. Do not fall for this scam.

did an autism test and paid $2.99 usd for it, then when moving through the website to the next page it automatically charged me $5.99 usd. then i was charged $39.99 usd a week later as they set up an automatic payment/ subscription without my consent or knowledge. there is nothing on the website that mentions any kind of subscription and in emailing customer service they admitted they did it without my consent or knowledge. they are preying on neurodivergent people and scamming them. I managed to get a refund through PayPal for the $39.99 usd but am working on getting the $5.99 usd back. they escalated it through PayPal saying they won't give me the money back but I provided evidence from what the customer service agent said admitting to the fact I did not sign up for this. if you get scammed from this company push it through PayPal as I've gotten most of the money back already and will hopefully get it all back.

I took a simple $1.99 quiz and shortly after that, they tried to charge me over £30 under a strange name: "Uabdreamfin Dream". I NEVER authorised any ongoing subscription and was never informed that I'd be billed that amount. Luckily, I blocked them at the bank immediately — but I can imagine many people won’t notice in time. I never received any product, no subscription confirmation, no cancellation option, and no clear customer support. This company feels shady and dishonest. If you’re thinking of trying Bloom Into, don’t. It looks like a trap disguised as a quiz. I’ll be reporting this to UK consumer protection. Avoid!

SCAM! Very much what everyone else has already stated. Scam AI generated tool/site preying on neurodivergent people. Would have given a ZERO review if possible. Obvious scam as they do not offer straight forward path to review or cancel subscription you were not even notified of. This is the reason you always use Paypal as they assist you with getting your money back. NEVER use your real card details direct on the internet.
