Signed up for $1 cognitive test and 7 days later was charged $39.99 . I contacted them to cancel 8 hours later and was told too bad the terms stated we would do this. I had checked my paypal account 2 days earlier and there was no automatic payment set up so somehow they initiated that just before running the charge through. These are deceptive people and Facebook knowingly allows them to advertise on their site.

I was charged $39.99 for my subscription which I did not see where I ever actually subscribed. Of course it was in the small print of terms and conditions. They told me they would cancel my subscription but would not give me my money back.

I received nothing from this company. They just took money from my account...twice...saying I had a subscription. This is not true!!!! Absolute scam. Avoid at all costs.

-100,000,000,000 SCAM. Agreed to $1 charge for an eneagram report (BTW, wrong!) then monthly recurring charges for $39.99 Paypal will not help with disputed charge. Unclear how to stop. Will try my credit card attached to Paypal.

I was phished into various charges and a subscription I didn't sign up for, don't even know what they offer. Certainly have not used their services or products. They refuse to refund my money. I was lead to believe the enneagram test from a Facebook ad was free. I never saw anything that indicated I was being charged $5.99 for test results and then launched into a $39.99 monthly subscription. They quote their terms and conditions in replying to my refund request as to why they aren't refunding these charges, but I never saw anything available like this to check. Had I seen this information, I would not have proceeded.

Total rip off company. These folks are sleazy scam artists who will give you the run around as you try to cancel. Don’t do business with them.

Complete scam. DON'T DO IT! You get these enticing advertisements on Facebook or wherever, that seem like a lark - like those fake personality tests and Ouija boards to tell you your future. It's free or cheap like $2 and you're like " what the hell, why not??!" There's nothing on anything that you read that says how much it's going to cost and that they are putting their hooks into your bank account at that very moment. Guess what, it's 40 bucks a month and you don't get anything for it. Cancel that sucker; if you have parted with your $1.99, instantly, go online and demand that your subscription be canceled - Even though you are not aware that it IS a "subscription." They hook into your bank account and drain it for you. And then guess what? They can tell that you haven't used their product or read anything or opened any of their emails because its all junk mail, but they say that unfortunately they cannot refund you any money. Even though they are ripping new off. Take heart, you can Lodge a complaint with PayPal or your bank or whoever you used to pay them, and give that a shot. But this company is pure scam .

SCAM! I purchased a $1 fun quiz. No mention of a subscription - I did read carefully. Then a few days later I was charged a US$39.99 subscription. That's $60 here in Australia. I immediately reported it to PayPal and - thank you PayPal - they refunded me. But there's more! When reporting to PayPal, there's no box to tick for 'Scam' or for 'I did not order this' so I selected 'Never received'. A few days after my refund was settled, I received an email from PayPal saying the seller now claimed to have delivered, and did I still want my refund? Full marks to the scammers for cheek! Anyway, I phoned PayPal and reinforced that nothing had been deleivered and there was nothing to deliver because I had not ordered anything - it was a scam! I do hope that they are banned on PayPal soon.
