I wish I looked at these reviews prior to ordering as I have been dealing with the exact same issue. I ordered a Blanket in February for Valentine's day, 3 months pasted and nothing arrived, I later had it rearranged and sent to the address again. At the time customer service was really lovely and attentive sending me big emails. 6 and a half months later, no blanket, no update, and money out of pocket. I sent an email 2 weeks ago requesting a refund and received a single line email back, 'whats you order number'. I still have not received my refund and requested twice to be updated, met again with a single line, 'it takes about 10 business days' - its been 14... Shocked to see how quick the customer service changed in response to the companies mess up. Please, can i have my $84 back?

Order has taken almost a month. It still hasn't bèn delivered.

It was a wonderful gift once and it will be again. Thank you for helping me give gifts to my friends.

Did not respond to my enquiries at all

BOFO the delivery service they use is awful!. My package came directly from China, once it got here it was delivered to the wrong address! I called and they told me to review the photo. They delivered to someone else and was never returned to me. They don’t take any responsibility what so ever. Contacted Bloomie and they directed me to the shipping company. And around and around I go. As I deal with that I say to you? Good luck with the Delivery service. Order from Amazon, I think they sell there and avoid the headache!! Awful!

My daughter in law lived her bloomie blanket. She stored it as a dozen roses and then unfolded it to take a nap. It’s beautifully made

It took a while to get here but it when it arrived its absolutely beautiful! My wife loves it and my daughter is trying to steal it from her!
