The bloomie blanket did arrive on time! I was happy to see that. However, I ordered the sunflower blanket and the buttercups blanket came instead. The blanket was okay quality for what I ordered but unfortunately I can’t give a better review because the order was technically wrong and I did NOT receive the mystery gift either.

I ordered two blankets on February 5th for my fiance for Valentine’s Day and was charged almost $150 and still have received nothing! No update, and no blankets. I’m starting to feel like I was scammed Update on 4/1/26: My two blankets just got delivered. A little odd that I never received any tracking info but I’m grateful they came in. My fiance really like her blanket but I’m a little disappointed in the size

Edited review: I ordered a blanket for my mom (order #71222) in early February and have never received nor had an update regarding the blanket I paid for. I’ve sent emails and had not a single response. I just received the blanket today, March 12th. The blanket is cute but smaller than I imagined and the communication needs to change.

Awful customer service. Ordered on the 9th of February and the shipping information has not been updated for nearly a month! I have emailed customer care multiple times now asking for an update on the shipment and I have not received a response. I have now asked for a refund, again no response. 5/03 Update. I received a email saying the refund has been processed. 10/03 the refund has been deposited in my account.

The wait was long and the tracking # didn't work. No real eta on when it might show up. I inquired about where the package maybe or an eta. through email. I received a wordy auto response that answered none of my questions(still no eta.). But, after almost a month the package did show up and was what I ordered. This was supposed to be a gift for Christmas, is came in way after that. Wish there was better tracking and communication.
