Good course content and quick overall support.
I found the support team to be very quick to respond to general support related enquiries, either through the chat or through email. On the other hand, my technical related questions on the content were left unanswered. I found the course material somewhat difficult to follow, and a lot of specific terminology used which means to fully understand I did need to go over and above the course content and do my own further research. I felt like maybe if I did the live interactive session that would have provided me with some additional support for my technical questions. On overall, I found the content structure to be good and gave me a good understanding of the subject matter.
