It's been over a month since I ordered 2 units & they won't even give me a tracking number or any information about when the order might ship. I'm wondering if there really is any actual product. The company does not respond to e-mail inquires, but sure sends out tons of e-mail ads to try to get you to but more.

Disgrace full I have returned the unit for a refund 2 weeks ago I have tried several e mails and got no responce I wrote a letter and got recorded delivery if you don’t refund my money in seven days I will do a charge back

I wished I had read all these reviews, I would have never purchased anything from blizzard air … same like most of you they took my money real quick without a tracking number or any thing. Called to check on my delivery and they said that they had a wrong address that now that they had the correct address they were gonna expedite it free of charge… it been a month just called to get my money back they said it was out of stock. That they will refund me.. I guess we will see … now off to Home Depot to get a window ac smh …. This company is a SCAM please watch out for them

We purchase two of the cooling fans as it seemed to good to be true. I am an electrician so I opened up the unit to see how it cooled. All I found was a fan and heater no cooling devices. Took some arguments with blizz air. Had to return the unit to a uk depot. Finally got full refund with our shipping costs.

Your product is fake. It IS NOT an air conditioner! It is a ridiculously expensive fan. Since BLIZZAIR expects unsatisfied customers to pay for return shipping on this scam product I will instead report it to all governmental departments, both locally and nationally. I will also give it an earned zero rating to warn the public of your sham! Marc Haynes I sent this to them. I reported them to my state AG, FTC, AARP, etc.

I agree with everything written in previous reviews. If only I’d read them before making my purchase. This item does no cooling whatsoever. When I tried to arrange a return I was offered $15. I declined and returned it, at my own expense. This, as you might guess, was a waste of time & money (~£35). The vendor refused to take delivery as there was import duty to pay. Next stop credit card company. Take my advice and avoid this product. One star only because you have to enter a value.

Pure junk. Not even a decent fan let alone an air conditioner. They should be sued and arrested. I may be the one to do it. False advertisement and fraud.

It's a scam!! I got sucked in hoping for some cool air - none in sight, it heats and circulates air and that's it, no cooling. Avoid this company, they just want your money
