Total crap, big time scammer

I orderd in July and its October and I never received my units. I tried to contact Customer Support and the email given was not valid - this is a total scam!

It’s just a fan, and not even a good one. I sent several emails requesting a return and refund and got no response. Total scam and waste of money.

The unit is trash. I received one and it did not cool at all. I wrote to the company and they said they would send another. They did after five weeks and repeated reminders. The new one did not work either! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Go and get a fan. It is a same thing for a lot cheaper.

Would have given -5 if it was available. Worst product I’ve ever bought! Ordered 2 units as urgently needed to cool the dog during a heatwave. Opening my freezer door offers a stronger cooling gust than these poor excuses for “cooling”. Missold. Misadvertised. Item can not alter “strength” of flow and certainly doesn’t cool equally with a cable only 1meter long looks nothing like described! Customer service non existent, have contacted twice for a refund to no avail!

Does anyone have an actual phone number to contact Blizzair for return instructions? I have an email address but cannot locate phone. Ordered 2 products, opened one which did not cool at all. Instructions on website did not match machine received. Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. A scam for sure.

We ordered 2 units and the cleaner. The cleaner arrived with no problem but our units went missing. I called customer service and they seemed very helpful. They placed another order. Gave me a tracking number, but it still showing as "ordered picked up" They had told me if it has been longer then 7 days to contact them. We'll see what happens. If I don't receive them, I will be disputing the charge on my credit card! Wish I would have done more research before we ordered!

The product was sold as a portable air conditioner, fan, and heater but there was no A/C. Also, the directions didn't match the buttons on the unit, so we had to fiddle around to make it do anything, and we never did get it to turn on A/C. I requested a refund and have had 6 responses that "escalated" their offer from a 45% refund to 70%. Each time I replied, NO, I want a 100% refund because this product does not work. I am still waiting for an address to return it to and I will not settle for less than what I paid for it. Really frustrating. Next stop, Yelp.
