Set up a website that does not work. Wants incrementally more money just to get the webpage functional.

This company is a complete scam that continuously asks for more money. After spending over $4,000, I still do not have a website, and I never received invoices for my payments. I also spent over $1,000 with Shopify to host nonexistent websites. The positive reviews must be fake. If you Google the people you speak with at the company, they do not exist. This company needs to be shut down, and customers should be refunded. It has become my mission to put an end to their fraudulent practices against small businesses. They relentlessly pressure you for more money; I received 27 missed calls and text messages in one week, asking for an additional $1,500. I strongly advise avoiding this fake company!

To me they just invent stuff to charge you and their work isn't a quality work either. I've asked for my website files, a service I'd already paid and they wanted to charge me again to give back my own files. And they never sent me files.

Absolute scam. Obviously had no idea what they were doing after reading what are in retrospect fake. Avoid

Hired these people to do a landing page for my website, and ended up with absolutely nothing. Their mockup looked good, but when it came to deliver the goods, nothing. Asked them a few times for the wetransfer link and heard absolutely nothing back. Not a good way to treat your customers!!

Awful. Awful. I basically wanted a digital business card. After they built my website, it was another $500 for a domain name. I admit, this was a charge to my own ignorance. Then, after everything was up and running, they kept trying to sell me on marketing packages. I don't blame them for that, but I made it clear (multiple times) that I had no more money to invest in a simple web page. Eventually, I had to block their number. Then! my site crashed because I ran out of bandwidth. I knew there was NO WAY that many people were visiting my site. So, they call (on a different number) and attempt to sell me security packages. Many, I was too small a client for them, But essentially I spent $1000 to have a non-existent website.

Lucky the lowest star is 1, this was horrible customer service with lies and know one on the same page. Jason and Susan are horrible at what they do for this company and should be a shame. Alex is very understanding and was doing the job for the rest of them witch they should be ashamed of. But it still did not fall through as per what they are promoting they don’t provide the services. Long process to not even fall through very horrible experience. I would not recommend this company at all.

I agreed to have my website built and hosted with them and all I got was put out of business. I no longer have a website, my domain was sold, my email no longer works. They will promise you the world but beware they will continue to ask for mor money and when you refuse you lose everything.
